I have found a new favorite sandwich ❤️- jalopeno bagle with garden vegetable cream cheese on both sides, swiss cheese, pastrami, lettuce, onion, tomato, as well as red & green peppers. Seriously try it!
I will add I can be a picky eater and always order the exact same sandwich every time at Bruegers Bagles. So, trying this sandwich was such a fun adventure, I am so glad the staff are not only friendly but so creative. They should consider adding this sandwich to the menue!
No complaints about Bruegers Bagles in Apple Valley. I do have just 1 wish-if they could be open for dinner, I would be a regular. I love and crave sandwiches for dinner.

Waited 40 minutes for the order to be completed. At first they told me they were making fresh bagels and it would take 20 minutes then they told me they can’t bake the bagels because they were doing construction. And a different worker said they had to drive to different store… The different store was to Eagan and back that takes 16 minutes….. Very poor communication by the store will not be coming back here ever again.

I placed a large bagel order for a bridal shower and the order was not in the system at pick-up. Ethan was amazing and was able to make sure we got our bagels on-time. He made a very stressful situation very calm and did everything he could to make it right! Service and friendliness was off the charts!

Without fail with mess up our order if it’s any different than what’s standard. Don’t want cream cheese on your sandwich? Too bad you’re getting it. Don’t want cheese? Too bad. Don’t want egg? You will also be getting that. Even tried the online ordering and even though it’s printed in large font on the receipt they still mess it up. It’s honestly impressive how terrible they are. It’s not even that good of food but our son has a fixation for sausage sandwiches (no egg no cheese – but they don’t care).

To be fair this place is extremely busy. It is also extremely dirty. The staff were great and accommodating. The food came like it was rushed. Bagel was undercooked, little to no cream cheese, bacon on the side of the sandwich not in the sandwich, when I opened the wrapping it presented as wet and greasy. The worst part was how dirty the areas are. There’s a layer of dust on the table I was sitting at. The floor was dirty. Coffee station was dirty and the coffee was cold. If a team member was assigned to some cleaning of areas and they slowed down to present a good product, this place would be great!

I had the best opportunity to talk with the manager, Becky, while ordering and she was so genuine and truly shows compassion for her customers. I shared with her that her location is our favorite for cleanliness and food preparation. We talked about a unique situation we have coming up and she even offered to donate some bagels. Excellent bagels! Delicious coffee! Delectable cream cheese! Made fresh multiple times per day, always fresh. And the team at the location in Apple Valley, MN knows what they’re doing. Becky is an excellent manager, she treats her employees well, and really teaches them how to get along in life, not just this specific job. THAT’S a manager! And Ava is one smart young lady! Great customer service, she knows how to multitask, and can delegate tasks when needed. Excellent team! And not a single eggshell in any of my sandwiches.

Even though they are under construction (I usually order ahead) so went in-store order. I used my app to pay, they could see I had more than enough funds, but their register(s) could not read it. Angel tried 2 X & then asked Becky, manager, for assistance.They were both accommodating & I felt badly about a line forming. THEY WERE AMAZING! People need to have patience through changes.

The food has always been delicious, and I noticed they’ve significantly stepped their game up in terms of service.
A year ago if I wanted a sandwich I would place an order, wait 30 minutes and then leave the house, and still usually end up waiting in the store for 15 minutes or so, but every time I’ve placed an order in-store or otherwise recently; it’s ready within a few minutes.
I really appreciate their effort to improve; it’s noticed and appreciated, and it makes me way more comfortable fitting them in during a busy day.

Stopped in on Saturday at 1:00. All the tables were pushed against the wall, they were vacuuming the floor. There was nowhere to sit and eat…even if there was, you’d be eating to the sound of the vacuum. There was also some deep cleaning happening behind the counter. Grossed me out that they were deep cleaning at the same time they were preparing food.
