Glad to see this place come back together, I used to come here often when I was younger but had lost the allurement when the quality went down. The chicken sandwich was very fresh moist and tender. The waffle and sauce was a great flavor combination too. The curls and fries were the perfect blend between crispy and soft centered.

I opened chicken tenders from this place, and they gave me old tenders dry as a biscuit I call to have them replace it and they charge me telling me they don’t do refunds they let their food sit and get old for who knows how long if I could give this place 0 stars I would don’t eat here!!

I would never talk to a customer the way she did in front of our granddaughter
“You don’t know how to order, can’t you read”
When I told her her customer service was unacceptable, she said “well I’ll just refund your money and you can go somewhere else”
Which we did
Not a person who should be working with customers. I am appalled at how we were treated
Shame on Hardees!

Decent place and nice staff. Air conditioning and bathrooms are available. There’s drive-through indoor and outdoor dining. Good food, but maybe a bit pricey but the burgers are a good/decent size for the price.
