Located on west side of Fulton Avenue. 2 narrow driveways with 6 tight parking spaces in the front with more parking spaces available to the side of the building.
Amazing authentic Mediterranean menu “Palestinian” and gorgeous atmosphere. Well decorated, clean facility, inviting Amazing server “Ms.Hiba”.
The menu is easy to understand and offers amazing starters, lunch, and dinner items.
True authentic flavor served with pleasing portions.
Prices are reasonable too.
They offer a large private room for special occasions.
A must try while in Sacramento area.

Basha Taste of Jerusalem was a great experience. They are very generous with the dinner portion. So if you enjoy family style dishes, this is a good pick. Our server was very helpful in explaining the differences in each dishes. They style of cooking is similar to Palestinian cuisine according to our server. Please stop in and enjoy. I recommend it

We were looking for street style shawarma for take out to satisfy pregnancy craving and ended up dining in and enjoying delicious food with a “home style cooking and portions” feel. The wraps were delicious, different from typical street style but the meat was well seasoned and there was a perfect blend of vegetables and sauces in the wrap. The portions and service are great. Family run establishment.

We went back almost a month later and I’m not sure how but the service and food was even better! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent food and flavors and reasonable prices in a uniquely designed space.

Went there in the summer because a friend recommended it and the hospitality was great!!! Once they know it was our first time they had us try all the starters… the mint lemonade was soo good, reminded me of the Middle East and my memories from when I last visited…. great experience, the decor inside the the restaurant is gorgeous and the attention to detail and the love they have put into the restaurant is not only obvious but you feel it as well once you arrive…

Dear reader, if you’re reading this review and thinking about trying this place, just do it! The interior design of this restaurant is really nice and cozy. Our server was very friendly and helpful with the menu. They start you off with some zaatar, fresh bread, and olives on the house. Then, we were given a salad each with a side of hummus. I am glad we just ordered one plate for both us because the portions are really big. We got the mix grill plate and it was 10/10. If they can step up there hummus game (I am really picky with hummus), this would be the best Mediterranean restaurant in Sacramento!

The food was very good! Nice size portions. I ordered the Falafel Wrap.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant.
Our server was a bit slow in taking our order, but she was friendly and knowledgeable about the food, when we asked her a few questions about what we wanted to order.
Overall, we enjoyed our meal. I’m sure we’ll come back again in the future.

Lively atmosphere and very friendly staff.
I had the mix grill with lamb and beef and an order of Jerusalem bread. All of it was off the charts good. The mix grill is enough for two people so probably a good split dish. I will have to come back soon.

I was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. So I perfectly know how authentic, original, and delicious Middle Eastern food tastes like And this place “Basha Taste of Jerusalem” Oh Man!!! It’s legit It was the first time for me, and my wife to try it, we ordered the Meza Varieties plate and it came with Hummus, Green Salad, Baba Ghanoog, Tahini, Jalapeño Salad, Coleslaw, Labneh, and all kinds of goodies. It was unspeakably Delicious. We ordered the fries cheese it was outstanding, and for main course we got the mixed grill plate and the lamb Moozah Big portion, very well cooked and super delicious. Not to mention the service, it’s 5 stars level We are definitely coming back.
