Bad food. I usually don’t expect 5-star service from fast food, but the Panda Express in Niceville is on a different level of bad. The staff here act like they couldn’t care less about being at work. They are super lazy and act like you’re bothering them just by trying to order.
Every question I asked was met with a rude, one-word answer, like I was supposed to already know exactly what they had ready or how the menu worked. No greeting, no ‘thank you,’ just total attitude. It’s frustrating because the food is usually decent, but the atmosphere they create with their ‘don’t care’ energy makes it not worth the visit. There are way too many other good spots in Niceville to deal with this kind of treatment. Management needs to seriously retrain this crew or hire people who actually want to work. Avoid this location if you don’t want to deal with a bunch of attitude while getting your lunch.

We eat Panda at least 3 times a week. It’s good. Quick service. The plates are big enough for 2 people to share.

Had multiple good visits in the past, did not understand low reviews given. After today’s visit, that changed.
Instead of prime time, we went mid afternoon due to some scheduling issues. Got a couple of plates to go. Main was orange chicken and sesame chicken. Both were OK, drying out however, with very little sauce and not much taste. Fried rice side was terrible, VERY dried out from sitting hours since lunch I guess, and no taste at all. Broccoli was very under cooked and tough. Based on today’s visit, if this was our first time, we would not return. Key takeaway: go at prime time or keep driving.

We stopped at Panda Express on our way to Destin. Overall the food was alright. It didn’t really taste great like other Panda Express I had been to. The rolls and chicken were good. Fried rice didn’t really have any taste. Anyways the price was reasonable.

Extremely displeased you know fast food don’t always expect the best service or even the best food but this location is far beyond bad service and bad food. Employees acted like they didn’t even care about being at work. Tried to ask him to get the person‘s food that came in with me before trying to ring mine up because I was gonna go ahead and pay for their food and he just looked at me completely dumbfounded. I asked twice for him to please come over and get the other plate didn’t care to continue to help me. I asked how old the food was and I could tell that it had been there for quite a while. Extremely disappointed tried to call to speak to a manager. Nobody answers the phone called multiple times. What a shame.

2 stars for cleanliness and taste only. Half the food wasn’t even out and ready to serve at 11 when they opened. As you can see I got broccoli and beef but where’s the beef. Ended up all broccoli and 2 pieces of beef. I will have to say I believe part of the issue falls on the manager, there 3 people in here trying to get everything ready for the day so either the manager didn’t staff right or they had call outs and the manager was too lazy to fill in.
