This Starbucks location is FILTHY! The floors are gross, flies near the food and drink making stations! Poop on top of toilet seats, this is highly unacceptable. Even walking into the store with how dirty the floors are hazardous, you could slip! Please see attached photos. If it’s this unclean, I feel like the drinks and food are suspect to eat. Health inspection needs to visit this location.

I was a little worried because some of the reviews said this location was dirty. I thought this was a great Starbucks to sit and do some work and drink some coffee. It was busy but they had a lot of staff on hand to handle the volume. Everyone was extremely nice and they brought my food to my table and gave me a refill when I asked. Music was good and the tables were clean.

This starbucks was nice. No drive thru. They dont have coffee stoppers. Apparently in PG County they dont carry them….but they have plastic straws. Anyway it was pretty small starbucks, cashier was super nice though. They were pretty backed up and our order did take a pretty long time.

Starbucks lover here lol! I stopped in here for an afternoon pick me up and grabbed a hazelnut and vanilla macchiato. Service was great! The staff were pleasant and quick. I ended up finding a few cute novelties to make as stockings stuffers for the holidays. Good experience and even better macchiato!

Employees are painfully slow, rude and nasty despite carrying themselves as if theyre Michelin star chefs. Which theyre not. Im not sure how you can mess up a iced latte yet here we are, with it somehow tasting like straight water despite having added flavor syrups and an extra expresso shot? Didn’t even bother over corrections because waiting for my order revealed their attitude towards other customers to be so shady and childish that I wasnt interested in putting myself in a position where employees with one of the easiest jobs in the area decide that im beneath them for adjustments on a drink they shouldve gotten right the first time. Especially when im watching them roll their eyes and make faces at others who ask the simplest questions, that really only take a smile and a “right over there” to answer. God forbid you expect these employees to have some customer service skills because they stare at you as if they’ve gone through both world wars despite not even having a busy shift. Always insufferable and always offended, but im not the one that put you in a job you cant stand. Do better or quit.

I usually have quick interactions with the employees. I’ve always been super patient at this Starbucks; The orders take forever, but they’re full so I understand. Today, it was quite empty. Regardless, I had issues with ordering. The cashier dude didn’t hear me order one of my drinks and I hadn’t realized until my other drinks were made. I had no issue with this and understood he might’ve just missed it. I let him know that my pink drink was missing and that I’d like to order it now since he hadn’t heard me. Instead, he was super condescending and blamed me for not ordering it to begin with. He said I should’ve added it in my order the first time around. He had attitude and was extremely defensive over a situation that did not need to be dramatized.

This Starbucks location make the worst coffee drinks, there very slow it’s always one guy making the drinks and the drinks are always nasty he don’t know how to make any of the drinks on the menu. I refuse to spend anymore money at this location I ordered the Grande Eggnoll latte again which was made terrible and taste horrible.

Only thing is, they are the only Starbucks that didn’t not fill my drink up (pink drink) because I asked for light ice. I found that strange. But my daughter’s drink was delicious, they served it in a glass cup.

I ordered 4 drinks, and it took more than 30 minutes. I an still waiting for my drink. I have been going to this store for many years, and I see the quality is going down. They have new employees all the time, it seems like new employees do not know how to make things quickly.

The bathroom here is locked and it can be hard to find someone to unlock it. Is it only for employees or something? The Starbucks in the Safeway at fairwood has a normal bathroom that you can just use. Ditto the regular Starbucks at this shopping center.
