I’d consider myself an ice cream connoisseur and ChillN has always been at the top of my list of go-tos. The science doesn’t lie and their flash freezing method of making the ice cream live and to order truly makes ALL the difference. Silky smooth and the flavors are amazing!!! must try 🙂

Visiting from the Midwest where we haven’t been to a store like this before, it was a fun experience. The kids loved watching all the different batches getting made with the frozen fog spilling over the counter. Definitely what we consider on the pricey side for ice cream, the flavors were good but nothing to write home about. The nitrogen does give the ice cream a unique flavor. Worth a visit for the experience.

Everytime I come in here lately the girls that work here are incredibly rude. I try and give grace and shrug it off but I went to the Pembroke Pines location and the difference was astounding. They are professional over there and incredibly kind. The girls were giving a table of guys free icecream and making snarky comments about the customers inside. They didn’t even say hello when we walked in. I said thank you when they handed me my icecream and they said nothing. They just turned to the table of guys and started talking. They barely filled my cup and were complaining about my order because it was hard to scoop when I was standing right there. They also were complaining about having to work the entire time. Also when we walked in they didn’t just not greet us but they fully rolled theirs eyes and were arguing over who was going to serve us. Not cool.

They even has no sugar added ice cream
I enjoyed the no added sugar one coffee and vanilla flavor it was so delicious

Love the Weston Location. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have been going there for over a year. I go there by choice because my experience with the Pembroke Pines location was horrendous. The staff there was rude and acts as if we come to bother them. The customer service is subpar. Weston Chill N Nitro again is my favorite location. Thank you for providing customer service and hospitality.

My family has been frequenting this place pretty often since it opened years ago, and I do really like the ice cream! The texture has always been great and even a small gives you a large amount of ice cream. That being said, I do think it’s somewhat pricey for what it is. With every additional flavor and every mix in costing extra, if you want something that isn’t just a single ice cream flavor it can quickly add up. Still, a great dessert for if you want to treat yourself!
