As a family we decided to be lazy and order Burger King for delivery. This is the first time in over a year. We paid the crazy price for everything and the order came in wrong – The Double Whoppers my wife and I had ordered weren’t there and instead there were two Jr Whoppers. I escalated this to corporate and, in typical fashion, they offered a $10 coupon towards our next order. It has been over a year and we don’t intend to make that expense any time soon. I declined and asked for a refund – This was declined. This is my two cents for anyone bothering to read reviews.

Yesterday I went through the drive thru. The guy taking my order messed up really bad and gave me two orders and charged me for items I never ordered. When I was trying to confirm my order he was extremely rude to me. When I looked on my receipt, I saw I was charged for items I nevewr ordered and the guy argued and said I order those Items, which I didn’t. I asked for a refund and was told no one can get into the register because the manager was on break in the parking lot in his truck. So I never got my money back and was treated awful! The dining room was busy and there was a line waiting behind me. How is a manger allowed to take a break during a dinner rush and leave the store where no one can fix issues, process refunds or fix an order.

Half of the employees don’t speak English. I asked for the spicy chicken nuggets and received some normal ones. My sister tried ordering a burger with the meat replaced with the veggie patty (not sure if they still have this since that was a year ago) and the guy said they couldn’t swap out the meat.

Refused to serve me because I did not have a mask on. I was stopped at the door and demanded to leave. Less than one star would be more acceptable. I hope this not all burger kings. Definitely not the sheer rudeness.

I saw it had two and a half Stars so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and sure enough I believe it only deserves one star. I got two bacon King breakfast sandwiches. I get my food and I drive away, I open it up and it’s a sausage patty on a bun that’s it. I went back and told them that it’s not a bacon King and they asked “what else goes on it. You just need an egg” and I told them I’m not sure what all goes on it but I know at least bacon. So they made me two new ones and I drive away and open one up. They gave me two eggs, two pieces of bacon, no sausage patty and still missing two slices of cheese. After that I wasn’t going to go back and waste my time on them again. Don’t waste your time at this Burger King drive an extra 5 minutes to find another one.

Not sure what was going on. It seemed like there were plenty of people working and that it wasn’t very busy. I was there around 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon. It took 20 minutes to get an original chicken sandwich. Quite frustrating. The sandwich was up to Burger King standards however. Just don’t understand what took so long

My wife and I stopped to use the restroom. The restaurant was super clean, and the staff was very courteous and welcoming. We decided to dine there, and we were not disappointed. The food was fresh, and the fries crisp… awesome experience all the way around
