I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited 35 minutes for my order, which was much longer than expected. I placed two separate orders, and during the process, I asked for an employee discount. Although I was initially told it was applied, it wasn’t, and when I pointed it out, the staff member, Jehany Mendonca, responded with attitude before finally correcting it.
I also requested a separate bill for my co-workers’ orders. When I asked for the mini chicken bites, I was told five minutes later that they were out and were offered a substitution. I decided to switch to the chicken stroganoff meal, but Jehany seemed annoyed and gave me a refund. The refund was handled unprofessionally—she threw a my change at me, explaining she didn’t have enough change to give me the correct amount.
Additionally, when I was typing in my phone number to get a receipt, she exited out of the screen before I could finish. Overall, the interaction was rude, unprofessional, and very frustrating.

Ultimately not reliable for communicating your order. They do not have system of putting the orders. First, I ordered a cake 2 days before my party they told me they cannot deliver my cake in which they confirmed that they could deliver when I put the order, then a day before picking up my cake they told me they cannot put the decorations on my cake and I have to provide my own which I got pissed so they worked it out. They gave me $30 gift card to make up for the stress they given to me. Then I made another order to use the gift card I ordered cake plus snacks. I picked up my order then for my disappointment the cake was ready but the snacks I had to pick up to another location which was 20mins away from where I picked up the cake. It was a lot of hassle! So save yourself if you want a peace of mind for your celebration.

I was very impressed with the service I received, all the employees were very attentive and helpful, especially the cashier made sure I tried a new flavor of cake that I hadn’t tried yet. One of the best services I have received to date. They are to be congratulated. I haven’t even gotten to the food part yet, definitely the best sweets I’ve ever had in my life, an indescribable flavor, I’m not even a big fan of cakes, but the ones there are spectacular, a delight that’s difficult to describe. The coxinha there is perfect too!! I don’t even have words to thank this place that definitely captivated me and now I’m a loyal customer!! Thank you very much!!

Came to the business and I was helped right away, I asked a few questions, shared my dislikes, and the staff allow me to sample a few desert. I ended up buying the peanut butter cheese cake and a strawberry cake in a cup which cost me about $16 – $20 yesterday. I truly enjoyed the strawberry cake in a cup; I do believe it had white chocolate in it which made it very delicious. I would have loved to order a larger cup than that; it was a bit disappointing after a few bites I was finished but you know they say good things don’t last for long…
The peanut butter cheesecake was a bit weird for me; it wasn’t bad at all… the coconut pieces were a much; the consistency of it in the mouth was similar to chicken cartilage.
Other than that… my experience was over all amazing!
