I will never order from them again worst experience ever. They first delivered the order wrong and I immediately called. They then said they would fix it and 2 hours later I received my order after calling 3 times and being hung up on twice. The guy on the phone wouldn’t do anything about it and said well at least you got your food. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a delivery. I will never buy anything from this Pizza Hut in Monroe Ga again.

Undercooked breadsticks. Don’t order wings they expect you to shake the package to cover cold chicken with the little sauce they put in container. Manager friendly but not very willing to fix problems.

Literally the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. How do you mess up a 3 topping pizza? Hoowwww? How do you forget pepperoni? I called the store to have them correct it and redeliver and the manager, Retardica, Netaudica, idk what her name is was soooo rude and nasty! She never apologized and hung up on me repeatedly. I might just open a franchise store of my own across the street just to put this one out of business. Their customer service is disgusting.

Cashier/Manager was clearly drunk. She couldn’t find anyone in lines orders that were clearly in the warmer behind her. She would take payment from one guest, then open up every single box and peek inside, not once washing her hands. Our pizzas were made with no effort. All four corners of the square pizzas had no toppings and barely any sauce or cheese. Requested extra sauce and extra hut seasoning on the crust. Crust was dry, no extra anything. So on an eight piece pizza, half of both were nothing but crusty corner pieces. Terrible experience for everyone I saw and it seemed like everyone was waiting twice as long as quoted for their orders. The ceiling was leaking into two trash cans in the dining room. It hadn’t rained that day. Did I mention the cashier/ Manager was clearly drunk????? Pizza Hut needs to find some new management and employees. I quit going to the one in Walnut Grove before they closed, for terrible quality and service. Looks like Monroe is next.

The service is hit and miss at best. Sometimes it’s good but most of our experience over the years has been bad. Burt pizza, incorrect orders (with staff insisting it is correct even though it is clearly not) long wait times, ignoring curbside delivery notifications – you name it. On this particular visit, I ordered a pan pizza with extra pepperoni (both of which cost extra). However, I received hand tossed with regular amount of toppings. I asked the cashier about it and she said that it was a pan pizza. It was not and I know this because I also ordered a hand tossed pizza and they were exactly the same – so not only was it wrong, but the cashier either doesn’t know the difference or wouldn’t admit it was wrong. Not to mention ordering through the website is just painful. On-line ordering through the website is a horrible experience. The site is as slow as dial-up and does not process reward points – no matter how long you wait. I guess this is how they get people to download the app – by making the website dysfunctional and very frustrating to use.

Ordered a month ago, got order wrong, called and had it remade next day….wrong again! Ordered today right when they opened and was given an appointment cold stale breadsticks…must have been yesterday’s leftovers. Skip this location if you prefer to have your food fresh and accurate!~1 year ago
New review-pizzas had very little cheese or toppings and what was there was only in the very center of the pie. Tried to call was put on hold for almost 30 minutes and staff was still to inept to fix it-seriously need to close this location, it’s only getting worse

pizza they gave me was a joke; it was more crust than anything; manager tells me that’s how mediums suppose to look but I’ve been eating there since I was a kid and I’ve never in my life seen such a mess. Very disappointed bc she’s work there since I was a child so for her to lie n pretend that’s how it should look was crazy to me ; crust dry ; u take one bite and all you have left is crust it was thrown together

Ordered from here tonight, my pizza is undercooked.. they also didn’t have wings since their fryer or something was broke. Wouldn’t recommend this location; I rarely come to this one but tried it today & will not be back.
