I’ve had something happen every time I’ve come here. You would think that I’d go somewhere else but, oh no, I come for convenience. So besides the fact that they never scanned my app, because they apparently “can’t” , they never honored the coupons either.
Well this time past month I ordered burger with no onions and received a burger with onions. Today I ordered a Dr. Pepper, no ice, and got a Dr. Pepper with hair. Do you see how long that blonde strand is?! I’m definitely done!

I recently visited this establishment a couple days ago, and was served by a worker named Neal. I moved to nashville a couple years ago and this was by FAR the best service ive received since coming here, our interaction was very short but felt very welcoming and over all very pleasant. Neal made getting food 10 times better then normal, while still being fast and diligent about getting the food out to me 10/10 customer service.

First horrible experience at this location. Food is Luke warm. Children laughing at the complaint instead of fixing it. And charging for a blizzard I did not want if the coupon did not work. Overall bad experience for a repeat customer who usually loves this place.

I went to this location 3 days in a row, Wednesday September 17, Thursday September 18 and Friday September 19.
On Wednesday the 17th my grandson wanted an Orio blizzard, he has a peanut allergy and when he got home he tasted peanut so we threw the blizzard away. So when we went back on Thursday the 18th I informed them of the situation and the manager that was working that night apologized and told us to always let them know before ordering so that they could wash everything off prior to making a blizzard. I told her thank you and from now on we would let them know. Well on Friday the 19th he wanted another blizzard and when I placed the order I told them about his allergy and when we pulled around to pay and pick up order a different manager informed us that they not responsible for any contamination. I informed her that the manager from the night before told us to let them know when ordering and it wouldn’t be any problem. Sorry I don’t remember the young lady name from Friday night (I’m sure you can find out) but she was not happy with us. So to keep my grandson safe from an allergic reaction I guess I need to take my business elsewhere. We spent around $30 each night ($90 total) so my money can be spent where it’s appreciated at.

Do not go to this nasty trifling dairy Queen the children who are employees there they do not wear gloves there they touch the trash the broomsticks then touch on your food. Also they do not prepare your meals until you pull up therefore making you wait 5 to 7 minutes just to receive your food. Also the employees get mad when they mess up your order just because they weren’t paying attention and failed to listen correctly I do not recommend this location the employees need to be fired or reprimanded. Also the health department needs to stop by and pay this location in unannounced visit to verify this review.

They were so great. Walked in to get a last min cake for my niece and nephews birthday! My niece has a red dye allergy ( in case you were wondering, it’s in everything) The assistant manager saw me, came over to help, and once I stated I would scrape the decoration off my nieces piece she offered to make me a cake decorated with white icing and some chocolate! Amazing service. I knew I was shopping last min and was willing to get what they had but Amber knocked it out of the park.

Asked for 2 large cups of ice cream. Thinking soda cups. She sold me 2 large sundaes with no toppings, instead of just charging for large cones in a cup. Been going to this location for 13 years, never had an issue, always got the soda cups. At least the shake was good.

Charles the manger is a Great example of a GOOD leader and it shows in his employees. I just moved here from out town and always loved Dairy Queen ice cream cakes. I come once a week a get a cake and couple times they was out. Both times they was out they went to back and made one just for me be able take it home that day. The young ladies and Charles are always so pleasant to me and my children!
Thanks we need more businesses and leaders like this location!

Not gonna lie I was disappointed with the cake I got from here, every Dairy Queen I have ever gotten a cake from has been atleast somewhat decorated, this cake was given bare minimum effort. I got this cake for my moms birthday an don’t get me wrong we will still eat it but I would have thought if you were going to serve cakes that they would atleast look nice an be able to read the writing on said cake. It wouldn’t let me post a picture but I did post it to your photos so that maybe others can be warned before buying a cake. Even the default picture of a cake you have on your photos looks better than what we got.
