We arrived at the restaurant with my family at 8:30 p.m. When we walked in, the waitresses looked at us with annoyance. We asked if we could still be served, and they said they closed at 9:30 p.m., but then they turned away and completely ignored us. We were left standing, waiting for a table that was never assigned. Very poor service and rude behavior. It was our first time here and definitely our last.

This place used to be pretty good but have been noticing lately the quality has been decreasing. We normally buy 8 alfajores at $3 each but will no longer be buying anymore after this. If you don’t know the inside of the cookie should be filled with manjar blanco but these thieves are really trying to fool us by just filling the rim. Won’t be coming back here anymore

If your not eating in and checking what your being charged for DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT. WORST!!! To say the least. Who ever it is that answers the phone is always rude and gives you a price with a TAX price? How does that make sense. Tax is charged at the end of the transaction.
Also when you ask them to repeat the order they get very bothered like if you don’t want to just double check. When I went to pick up my food they took out the green sauce that comes with my order because I was buying a side a order of green sauce because “those are complimentary and if I was purchasing they couldn’t let me have the complimentary ones” HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?!
Guys all I’m saying is always check your orders here!!!! (Scammers)

I thoroughly enjoy my meals here at La Gladys! My 12 year old even asks to go there. She always wants Lomo Saltado and I want their fried yuca, Pollo con pasta (pesto sauce, see pic) and add an appetizer like the one shown… It’s a potato in what they describe to be a cheese sauce but it’s not cheesey at all, it’s more creamy and smooth. I’m a picky eater but I love it!
