If you expect good customer service or any acknowledgement at all, go through the drive thru. If you go inside the store, you will be ignored while the staff chats behind the counter, tends to the drive thru and doesn’t care why people actually walk into the store. The girl working today with the glasses and I believe she had red hair, do better.

The service was a little confusing and they didn’t seem to want to interact with customers and kind of assumed that you should know how the pick up of online orders works in the store, even after I said I have never picked up an order here before. I think that this place is more if a regular customer vibe not a one-time shop/new-timer customer. But they were nice, just looked at me confused.

I, along with several acquaintances, no longer visit this location. We were long-time regulars who ordered the same drink every day for years. A few weeks ago, this location—unlike any other—suddenly stated they would no longer make these drinks. When we mentioned that other locations still prepare them, the staff here rudely told us that this store would not be doing so.

I left and drove just three miles south to another location, where my order was taken without issue. I’ve since tried several locations in Tulsa, Bartlesville, and the surrounding areas, all of which continue to make the drinks as requested. Unfortunately, many regular customers who have supported this location for years are no longer willing to return, and don’t want to drive out of the way to 96th Street.

On the bright side, this change means that more local coffee shops will likely gain our business instead

The ladies who work the morning shift are absolutely wonderful! They’re very quick on their feet and have never messed up my order (I’m a frequent flyer here, to the point that most of them know me by name) they’re always friendly and always welcome everyone with a smile! There’s nothing better in the mornings than seeing a sweet message like this when you pickup your morning coffee! Truly makes my entire day! The only time I’ve ever seen them get busy enough that I didn’t get my order within 5 or 10 minutes was when they did the red cup Christmas event, and even then, they were very quick on their feet and my food and drinks were still nice and piping hot when I received them. Best Starbucks location I’ve been to, keep up the great work ladies! Y’all are phenomenal and never let anyone tell you otherwise!

Being a Starbucks fanatic, I know good baristas when I see them. The girls at this location always take care of me and know how to make a great nitro vanilla sweet cream. I pass two other starbs to go to this one because they always make it right.

Shout out to Shiloh, Sydney, Kenzie, and Asha for always taking such good care of me. As soon as they see me, they know exactly what I want and always greet me with a “good morning” I love these girls! When they take days off I definitely miss them. Keep up the great work!

This Starbucks is usually pretty good. But i ordered my latte today and it felt very light. I opened it up and found it to be barely over a halfway full. This should not ever be acceptable when I pay over 5 dollars for a cup of coffee.
