I ordered takeout pizza approximately 1:08 am, when arriving to my destination, my co- worker tasted the pizza realized the beef didn’t taste like beef, I’ve order pizza from Sharon Amity location several times, very professional staff, great pizza never had a problem at their location, I called south blvd location spoke to a lady, who said she was the manger, I ask her was that beef on the pizza, she said yes, she stated it was new beef, I really didn’t understand the statement, she stated the company change their beef, I explain it tasted peculiar, she was extremely rude, after I stated I was going call corporate, first thing in the morning to make a complaint. What I think happen instead of putting beef on the pizza, they put sausage, one of my co- workers doesn’t eat sausage, mind you we are working third shift, I’ve told her my experience at another location, letting her know since she never had toppers pizza before, what a great affordable pizza toppers was, from this experience and the experience of a person claiming to be the manager they lost a potential customer. The point co-worker she didn’t eat sausage wasn’t able to enjoy the pizza, for the manager to tell you its new beef, with all the rumors going around about our meat industries, that was a poor statement to make, and your working for a company as a manager or another position was very unacceptable. Please avoid the this toppers, if you have a manager lying about a simple mistake, you don’t know what their doing to your pizza, warning eating out is a risk for anyone especially now, but people like her, they may accidentally put something on your pizza your allergic to, can be very tragic, people in food industry I know you feel unappreciated, please don’t you all keep our food safe, supposedly, there has to be trust, I don’t trust this toppers, wouldn’t order from here again, I work for non- profit organization in this area, I assure if I ever order a toppers pizza again, will never place order here, eat at your own risk

This place I cannot say enough is simply amazing . When you go into there , you feel like the people there really care . They seem to care not only about the customer but the quality of the food . Management is doing an amazing job . And that is evident in the cohesiveness of the team and the quality of team work displayed . In my opinion you want a quality pizza at a good price , give Toppers on South Blvd a try !

Every time I need to feed the family or want to have a watch party I order pizza from here. The prices are great. I also very much appreciate the variety of pizza available. I personally love the buffalo chicken. Being off of south blvd and in a huge parking lot is also a plus. I’ve never had to wait very long for my food. My favorite is the buffalo chicken pizza.

First off, shout out to Ryan, he’s responsible for a 1 star review turning into a 5. I saw all the reviews mentioning delivery issues bc they use DD/Uber & ordered delivery anyway. I waited over an hour for my order, then their website showed my order as ‘Customer Cancelled’
(it was
Uber’s fault).
I got transferred to Ryan & he had my order remade & promised delivery in 15 minutes. Not only did he and his delivery team do that but also he called me to tell me the delivery was on the way. Stuff happens, as do mistakes, totally get it…I appreciate how Ryan handled the situation.

This review is overdue. I ordered dinner on Friday, 03-24-23 via Uber Eats. I hadn’t had Toppers in years, and I’d always used the university location.
I ordered the boom boom wings (bone in), a small Wisconsin cheesemaker topper pizza, and 20 oz coke zero sugar. The food was hot upon delivery. The pizza was as good as I remember and the wings were good, too. Definitely would order again.

Placed a large delivery order for my son’s birthday party. I placed the order online and thought I had ordered one gluten free and one vegan of the 12 pizzas ordered. No gluten free option showed up. Even though it was probably my error, they made it right! The delivery driver went back to the store, picked up a fresh gluten free pizza, and came right back. The staff went the extra mile and we will absolutely continue ordering from Toppers.

The manager lady on the phone was very dismissive after she ask for my last name. I was calling about an ad to work as a delivery driver. She said she would call me.She was too busy at the moment. She never called so I decided to stop by the next day.
Went into the store and was greeted by a gentleman front and I can see the older lady manager from where I was standing behind the counter. She can clearly hear us talking i was telling the gentleman that I spoke with a woman over the phone about a driver position, so he pointed over to her and said you must have spoken to her and she looked at us when he pointed at her. She was busy at the moment.What her look was very nasty.She gave me a sideword look and then looked away. I didn’t think much of it because she was busy at the moment. But then I started saying loudly that I spoke with her.And then I would like to follow up on the phone call. Well the guy told me to leave my name in number.And he will give the information to the appropriate people. At that moment the older lady started walking towards us.So I said to him.Who do you mean her the manager. As she walked by us hearing the conversation , she looked at me again and I smiled thinking we were going to talk or at least acknowledge me. But again, she gave me a nasty sideward, look with a serious mug and just walked by, didn’t even say hello, after I smiled at her and tried to open my mouth and say hello, but when I saw her face I said never mind.She’s the racist on the phone. she gave me a really nasty side word.Look, that’s what I realized she was not just busy , she was giving me the hint “We don’t want you
here”. I’ve been through this a lot and this is clearly a racist dismissal of a hard working american latino. Obviously they were hiring because they had an ad on indeed but as soon as I got there and she realized was the latino on the phone, they were very dismissive. I recommend all latinos not to go to this pizzeria.Unless you want to feel her cold shoulder , a nasty looks.

Service was great and the pizzas were really good. We tried the bbq chicken and classic toppers pizzas. I would’ve preferred if the crust was seasoned or if I had some garlic butter sauce because it was a little dry. The garlic parmesan and mild buffalo boneless wings at two for $7.99 were a waste of money. The portion and sauce were lacking. Both looked a little undercooked so we popped them in the oven before eating (took pics after). We would not order the boneless wings again.
At almost $20 per pizza, this wouldn’t be a regular stop for us but we did have some community coupons for bogo pizzas.
