So it seems on a Sunday after noon that the place only has 2 employees working. Not sure if that was scheduled like that by management or just them being short handed. Good amount of customers in the restaurant, so food was slow coming out and refills as well. Soup (corn chowder) was good as I remembered, fries were a bit soggy but the (bison bugar) was 100% delicious.

Waitress is extremely friendly. The menu was kinda disappointing, Very limited items. My daughter got a cheeseburger which was plain.. No mayo, ketchup nothing!!! I ordered a filet mignon… Which I personally do not think it was as it was very tough to chew. I also ordered the house salad add chicken, was pretty delicious. I was definitely skeptical at first. Also got a JT burger and it was ok. Would have been better if they didn’t cut into it to see if it was probably cooked. Overall, it was ok but very pricey. Also got charged for a side of fries which we never ordered but said whatever..

Just happened across this place looking for a bit to eat. Walked in found a sparsely decorated pub like atmosphere. I wondered what I was getting into. Right off the bat the guy behind the bar greeted and seated us super friendly and seemed passionate about the chefs food. I found this a little odd considering the atmosphere… I understood the passion the second I started to eat. Everything was great. Do not pass this place up if you are looking for really great food in an hangout atmosphere.

We were impressed with the food: quality, presentation, and portion sizing for price. I ordered the French toast, and the mascarpone was delicious! My husband ordered the chicken and waffles and was more than satisfied. Service was efficient and friendly. Waitress was attentive and relational.

Interior design was lacking. Atmosphere, with the music, wall colors, and wall hangings, were no cohesive. Personally, it didn’t take away from my experience, as I go to restaurants to eat.

Overall, I would recommend this place. It has a small town feel but the food is elevated in quality.

Our waitress was the best! Super friendly and pleasant! The prices were good. The food was good but, obviously, it’s not a steak house. Will try it again next time we’re in town. I heard the table next to us rave about how good their dishes tasted!!

Great flavors with menu to savor! I can’t wait to try another entree. Very clean well designed. Service was excellent. Price is good only would like to see side portions a bit larger.

There isn’t a cook here…..he’s a trained chef…and he takes what you think is ordinary and adds these wonderful twists….you will not be disappointed and wishing you could eat more….oh yeah and the staff is amazing as well….if you’re ever in Camp Verde do yourself a favor and stop here for a bite……you will not be disappointed with chef John Teah’s culinary skills.

Looking for a place to have lunch in Camp Verde we ended up at JT’s Bistro. My wife was unhappy that breakfast ends at 11AM on Saturday’s, but was happy to know it runs to 2PM on Sunday. We both ended up with burgers and both enjoyed them, I had the BBQ Bacon Burger and my wife had JT”s Burger. The buns were tasty but fell apart a bit with the juicy burgers. They ran out of ketchup, so supplied lots of ranch dressing as a substitute. Service was just OK, maybe a bit slow with only two servers, but worked out for us. Since the cell phone companies have been having issues we were glad they had solid wifi.
