If you’re in from out of town and need somewhere to eat get food here! Ordered on door dash for pick up and it was ready quickly. We got a 10 piece boneless wings and (I assume) to compensate for the smaller size they gave us a few more than 10. Same thing with our Philly and wing combo. The wings were smaller but they compensated for that as well. And the cheesesteak was delicious! Will likely never be back to this part of the country again, but if I was would eat here again.

First the wait time horrible. Be prepared to WAIT I mean over 20 minutes. The food was good EXCEPT the fries was cold and hard. My daughters was fresh. I love the sweet tea. I will give them another try.

I ordered a Ruben thinking there is no way they can mess this up. Sandwich looked good, cut it in half and started eating it. It was hot a fresh and tasted pretty good until it hit me….. BBQ sauce!!! Where’s the thousand Island?? Ruined the whole sandwich… Also no gyro where available bummer

I finally decided to try American Deli here in West Memphis. I think I should have kept going because I’m not sure what I was expecting. I ordered #6 burger, fries, 5pc wings, and a fruit punch drink. Burger had everything on it good bun to meat ratio, but it was very bland couldn’t taste the mayo. The patty was not seasoned, not good. Fries were half seasoned and cold, not good. The wing flavor was honey hot, I could not taste the honey nor the hot, and by the time I received the drink, it was a watered down kool aid. For 3 meals, $50 is not bad not good but the cost of inflation is something. I’m good and I will not be returning.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak combo. I received an onion and bell pepper with a few specks of beef. I took it back and they took it to the kitchen and brought it back telling me that it had meat. Pointing at it and touching it. I told him to throw it away. I wasn’t eating it after that. I want be back to this location.

Had a sub and husband had the Philly…both were delicious! Girl at counter was friendly and polite…served my sandwich with an extra packet of mayo…just in case I needed it (very thoughtful). Traveling through on way back to Houston and this was a delightful lunch. Although I am thinking I should have tried the fried rice…it looked good. And most others were eating the wings, but I am not a wings person.
Dining area was clean. Bathroom was NOT the worst I have been in, but needed a little attention.

Ordered 2 simple 4 pc chicken tenders one with honey mustard and one with BBQ sauce. Both cost 8.99 a piece just for 4 pieces of chicken no fries or drink. I finally get my order head home not checking to see if my order was right no way they can make a mistake right? Wrong they got one order right the other they gave a BBQ smothered tenders which is not what I asked for, tried it anyway since I just wasted $20 but the BBQ completely overpowers the chicken and just makes the skin soggy. First time their probably last.

Understand this location is fairly new but the wait time is pretty bad. You will need more than an hour for lunch to get your food. Many people are not waiting but leaving. We’ve been twice (once for dinner and once for lunch) and the wait has been very long each time. The food is good but I’m not sure that the good food out ways the long wait.

Find a new city American Deli,you’re a waste of money and time. Poor customer service- will tell you to take the order that they give you whether it is the wrong one or not. Manager said ,”Oh well, we already made it so you have to take it.”
On second visit, the person at the 2nd window asked for the receipt to check the order and still passed out the incorrect order. Careless.
