Pleasant Hill needed a cute coffee shop and this one does the job. The coffee is bitter, but holds up well in the highly sweetened drinks. The customer service always leaves something to be desired. Staff is friendly enough. There’s plenty of room for large groups and a cute assortment of gift items to shop.

I recently had a few minutes before an appointment so I stopped in for a caramel apple iced tea and relaxed on the couch with a book. The book was terrible, the tea was fabulous, the couch was comfortable, and the ambiance was relaxing,the decor is gorgeous. What a cozy little place to read!
I have visited for breakfast to catch up with friends. I’ve always found a welcoming atmosphere, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Saddle Brand to friends and family.

Saddle Brand is just what this town needed. The coffee is great and the service is even better! The location makes it super easy to pop in in your way out of town. The service is fast so it’s perfect for a quick stop on the way to work, but we also really enjoy hanging out and playing the board games the have! My son loves to take in some puzzles and hang out with a juice box ($1 and organic!!).

My visit was mid morning, with only two other customers present. I asked for a bold or dark roast and was told there is only a mild coffee available, and no suggestion for other options, such as an espresso, was given. I received a 12 oz cup of coffee. I was charged $4.64, before tip.
Later, I asked for about a 1/2 cup warm up and was ignored as the server turned to another customer behind me.
Service and coffee quality is not in line with the price charged.

flavors of drinks I’ve tried, I believe, to be better than Scooters, Dunkin’, Starbucks, and Dutch Bros.
Coffee prices are reasonable.
The service is very welcoming.
I enjoy the Western motif.
Although I haven’t eaten here often, I will say the breakfast burrito and bagel breakfast sandwich are both very good.

Super cute coffee shop with some boutique retail items. They also serve food which looked delicious, I didn’t get anything though. I did order a honey something latte. It was okay, the espresso was a little bitter, like their wasn’t enough flavor or the grounds weren’t that fresh anymore. The girl who was working was very nice and understanding when I didn’t know what I wanted. I’d try it again!

I absolutely love this new coffee shop in Pleasant Hill. We have needed something like this for a long time. This was my first visit there and the atmosphere is cozy, the service is great, my coffee drink was great, and the food looks good (I didn’t eat anything myself). I am excited to have a hometown coffee shop near me! I highly recommend you try them out.
