my service was absolutely terrible. these “girls” were terrible absolutely terrible. if they’re going to work the front they need to have better attitudes and not look at someone like there dumb. then they forgot our toast and THREW it across the counter and thought it was funny. i will not be back.

They only care about themselves! I had just came back into town and I wanted something other then a burger, so I stopped in at 9:30 and they said it would be a 15 min wait time on everything. After I said I’d wait they paused told me to pull up to the window took my money, and immediately had a box ready. When I got home it looked like they had scooped the bread fried bits that had no chicken in them. Look I know y’all were close to closing, but this is just lazy. Do better.

I decided to eat here after my dermatologist appointment. This Zaxby’s is located at the Powell location. Dined in on a Friday around 1:00 pm. The inside of this Zaxby’s was super clean. The lady employee who took my order was very nice with a smile. I ordered the Zaxby’s nibblerz combo. The combo came with 3 nibblerz sandwiches (1 chicken tender, Zach sauce, on a soft fresh roll (3 of them), crinkle fries, & a Coke product drink or unsweet or sweet tea. Self serve drink machine with FREE REFILLS if DINING IN. My friend ordered the Zaxby’s 3 piece tenders combo. The chicken was juicy, hot, & breading tasted good to me. Fresh hot seasoned fries. But, my favorite part was the cool, memorabilia & decor the inside was decorated with. Plenty of tables & booths were available for dine in experience. Thanks Zaxby’s for a nice lunch!

We recieved our order through the drive thru and all of the food was cold. Spent 34.00 for two meals. This is the second time this has happened. People will be more conscience about how to spend their money now. Will not recommend here. Need to focus on the quality of the food.

We came in this past Sunday morning (07/13/25) around 10:30 and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The manager was very nice, and allowed us to make a grilled chicken substitution on the loaded fries for dietary needs when we had been rudely told by a belligerent employee at another location that it could not be made (Clinton Highway). Since that prior experience at the other location, our expectations had been low, but the customer service, food service, cleanliness, and quality of the food at this location was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

One will say they have a veterans discount. The other one will say no. The other one will say they have to do it on line and I’ve had one that said all three to me when they said I had to be in uniform. I said I’m a veteran. I am in uniform and they said that that was not acceptable. I don’t know what an acceptable veterans uniform is?

Don’t go in the evening, service and food seem downhill been here twice in the evening, first time it was 9:00pm no one in line and was told food is made to order and would be a 45 minutes wait, also with no one inside. Second time got my food, got the signature club and the bun was burnt and the chicken was over cooked, and received cold fries. Need to avoid in evening!
