Twice this week, I ordered in my mobile app only to get there and be told they didn’t have it. Oh sure I was offered something else that wasn’t even half of the value of my order. Both times I asked for a refund and the server acted like they weren’t sure they could do that. A quick check with the manager and sure enough they can. These kids need to learn if you can’t give the customer what they ordered, you can’t charge them for it. We have heard rumors that another fast food restaurant may come to town. If it does this restaurant will be in trouble.

Tired of all the mistakes this place has made. After a 12 hr shift I don’t want to cook and stopped in again tonight waited in the drive thru for almost ten minutes before pulling around to a stall and ordered a garlic bacon burger meal and they forget the main ingredients. This is not the first time my meals have been messed up. See my photo for proof where is the main ingredient for the burger? I believe some retraining in proper preparation of the meals this company serves is needed

Have been here a few times and every time our order is either messed up or the food is horrible. Calling corporate doesn’t matter either. They took 2 weeks to even get back to me then another week before the manager even called me. He didn’t seem to really care, like it was a common practice at his restaurant. Save your money and eat at some of the other places Osage City has to offer.

Got 4 drinks, waited 18 minutes in drive through at the window and charged 30 dollars. Tgis should of been 20 22 at next nearest sonic. Watched them making icecream and letting the machine splatter cream all over the olace including other employees. They didnt clean the machine between different mixes like milk shake, vs peanut butter blasts and other items. Drove off and everyone said their drinks tasted funny and was not correct, ended up throwing them away.

When did they stop using trays? They bring your food out, and if their hands are full, your drinks are lying on their dirty shirts. It used to be that they could not bring anything out without it being on a tray.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible! Nobody ever answers the drive thru. And when they do it’s after 8+ minutes. I just sat at the speaker for 9 minutes without an answer, drove to the window and told the manager on duty and she said “I’ll have to check the batteries”. All to pick up 1 drink from order ahead. Everytime it is crazy wait times for them to answer the speaker and get the order out. I’ve worked for multiple sonic for years and this is by far the worst one!

I ordered 2 blasts on the app, had paid for extra toppings in both. Went to pick up, sat at drive thru for several minutes before someone finally answered. When we got our blast, all the toppings were at the top, making them look nice and full. Once we got home and started eating them, they didn’t blend them at all!! All the toppings were at the top! Once we got about a bite down, it was just plain ice cream! This place sucks! Would think for $17 for two things of ice cream, they could do a little better than that!! Thanks for reminding me why I NEVER go to this sonic! Better off driving to topeka!
