We usually came here for opening to avoid long wait time. The staff is doing the best they can but they seem overwhelmed. Grill station had burnt salmon and half raw chicken in the serving tray, so normally we avoided it. Servers are running between the tables, often not having time to refill your water. Kid’s menu it a horrific junk food, so most of the time our kids are “adult” food.

Food in La Laguna restaurant was acceptable, with a decent variety. However, you must arrive before opening time; otherwise, the queues—both to enter the restaurant and to get food—are extremely long and unpleasant.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner here at the buffet were all fantastic. Plenty of choice everytime so you could always have different things to try. Staff were great and always ready to keep you hydrated.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This place is HORRIBLE! The staff is rude. The food is beyond disgusting. Everything they serve looks and tastes like it’s a week old. The plates are dirty. More than half of the ones we grabbed had left over food on the bottom of them. It takes forever to get your drink order. If you order alcohol, expect to get the worse rot gut alcohol ever made. If you drink champagne, don’t expect it to be chilled. Every glass was warm or had ice in it in an attempt to chill it.
I highly recommend staying as far as possible from this place and the hotel it is associated with.

Terrible experience! No service what so ever, labels missing on some of the food, so you don’t know what is being served, and the food is ok. I do not recommend this place at all
