My boyfriend and I decided to get chick fil a and use our free be our guest cards. We had asked the staff on duty if we were able to use both, instead the cashier answered to the question and said “what else can I get you” so he said that we never even ordered and that we asked a question. They still never fully answered it. We then get to the window we get our food and the staff at the window looked very annoyed that we had use our free stuff and didn’t greet us or say goodbye. Typically they’re much nicer but we were not satisfied today.

I love coming here. I usually go through the drive thru and I know they will always be quick and get my order right. The mobile ordering ahead helps too and sometimes they give me a free sandwich to the Northtown Chick-Fil-A just for being loyal and ordering from that location. I know I can always count on the Northtown location to come through for my family.

This is one of the lowest quality Chick-fil-A’s in the area, both in terms of staff service and friendliness but also order accuracy. The staff here just don’t seem to care. Take the extra trip and go to a different Chick-fil-A.

I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A that I absolutely had to leave a review! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, welcoming, and exceptionally well cared for. The dining area was spotless and decorated beautifully. The fresh flowers on each table added such a nice touch—simple, but it made the whole place feel brighter and more inviting.
Our wonderful cashier Aidan was incredible. He was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made sure we understood all the options, offered suggestions, and checked that everything was correct before we paid. It’s refreshing to come across someone who truly enjoys their job and makes the customer feel appreciated.
While we were eating, I noticed two employees moving around the dining room, cleaning efficiently and constantly. They weren’t just doing the bare minimum—these guys were really paying attention to detail, wiping down tables the second someone left, sweeping, and making sure every corner stayed clean. Their work kept the entire restaurant looking immaculate.
I also loved the motion-detected garbage cans. It’s such a small detail, but it makes throwing things away easier and more sanitary, especially in a busy place. It’s clear that this location puts thought into creating a clean and hygienic environment for everyone.
Even the bathrooms were spotless—honestly, some of the cleanest I’ve seen in a fast-food restaurant. They smelled clean, looked fresh, and had everything restocked. It’s the kind of thing you don’t always notice unless it’s bad, but here it definitely stood out in the best way.
Overall, this Chick-fil-A went above and beyond in every category—service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and comfort. It was one of the best visits I’ve ever had to any fast-food restaurant. I truly can’t recommend this location enough!

I went to chick fil a for breakfast before going to work I asked the lady if the breakfast menu was going on because it was flipped to the regular menu while i was in drive through she said than said no it ended last week which was weird so i ordered the number 3 which is the nuggets and i said the 8 count I paid my food i got to work and i got the wrong order I got a spicy biscuit and hash browns which im still confused about because hash browns are using only breakfast time not very happy with what I had to deal with today!! I couldn’t even enjoy my meal.

The sandwich had the taste of gas station food. The bun was very dry (not steamed) and the chicken was flat a very oily and the breading was off. I’m not sure if it’s just this location or if they decided to use the cheapest ingredients possible to save money worldwide or not but I’m for sure done with this location.and even though I there weren’t any other cars behind me when I ordered they asked me to wait in the vip for my food and I was there for over 5 minutes while seeing other cars come and go. very disappointed.

I went all the way home with my food everybody else had their food but they missed my sandwich I ate out so I don’t eat last as a mother like always yet here I am having to go back eating last and they would not do anything to make it right besides give me the sandwich THEY MISSED no free drink no free side or dessert nothing. They need better service here when you make mistakes this bad you should be trying to give your customer a better experience when they have to drive all the way back a second time. I will never come back here!!!! Get a new manager seriously!!!

It’s a good day here at Chick-fil-A”—that’s how the cashier started the conversation, but it definitely didn’t end that way. I specifically asked for a couple of Chick-fil-A sauces with my order and received none. Made the long drive for nothing. Disappointed.

Well, it’s official. I will never be back to this location. I don’t know if they have ever given me my correct order.
Last time they gave me regular nuggets when I asked for grilled and I didn’t see until I got home, which is not close by. And I can’t eat gluten.
Tonight, after a long day at work, so tired, so hungry, I ordered a grilled chicken club with no bun. Before I left, I made sure to check my order given their track record.
Sure enough, pepper jack cheese. Yeah, not a huge deal, but I didn’t want pepper jack cheese… the menu says Colby Jack. It’s been that way since the beginning of the Grilled Chicken Club.
I went inside and kindly told them about the cheese. I was told they could remake it.
I saw the manager (pretty sure) tell the cook that he needed to remake it with Colby Jack. He clearly must have thrown a little man fit because after silence she said, “I know, it’s not your fault.” It very much was his fault… her saying it wasn’t his fault means she was saying it was my fault… I then asked her if I missed something and if there was a grilled chicken club with pepper jack on the menu.. she said “the club can come with American, pepper jack or Colby jack cheese..” While I’m aware of the available cheeses, the default cheese that is ON THE MENU is Colby Jack. I have never needed to specify.
I was told it would be 3 minutes for a new club.
Over TEN minutes went by after she said 3. I was there for a good 15 minutes while my fries got cold in my car.
Thanks to this whole ordeal, I missed kissing my two little kids goodnight before they went to sleep and I was too scared to eat my club just in case the cook spat in it.
