My husband went to get me some chicken tenders at the Cullma KFC. They are dried out. I will never eat there again. 18.00 for food that is not fresh, and too dried out to eat. SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR SERVING THIS CRAP!

Five-star experience at this KFC iThe food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you want when you stop at KFC. What really stood out was the service. Manager Cindy was professional, friendly, and clearly runs a tight ship. The staff was welcoming, the restaurant was clean, and everything moved quickly. It’s obvious Cindy takes pride in her store, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back.

Words cannot describe how bad the food was. Old, dry, pink chicken. There was a ton of what I can only describe as fuzz or strings in the chicken that must have come from packaging. One car in the drive-thru took 15 minutes. Paid $30 to throw it all away.

I DoorDashed and ordered the honey bbq tenders. But instead I got 3, old dried out unsauced tenders, some potato wedges that were hard as a rock with no potato filling, and a cold biscuit. Also never got my drink.

Drive thru, 3pc tenders. One would nite bite in half, rubbery. Flipped it around same, disgusting. The floor looking through the window was covered in greasy food, the workers kept coughing near the drink dispenser. This was my last attempt to eat at this filthy place. Bunch of weird people working there, when the people look like they are dirty themselves how do you think the food taste, disgusting.

After seeing the commercial on tv, I was really excited to try the chicken nuggets. About 2wks ago, on my way home from the doctor, we went through the drive thru, pulled over, and parked to eat them fresh and hot. They looked so big and juicy on the commercials! They were neither! While they had a good flavor, the only reason they got 3☆, all, but one of the 8 were smaller than a tater tot!!! They weren’t bone dry, but they definitely weren’t juicy.

Very run down. Walls coming apart in dinning area. Two hours to close and out of original chicken. Food was ok After standing at the counter with three employees not two steps away not one would acknowledge that we were there cup in hand for a refill of tea. Finally ask if they could help us. It is now One hour and a half before close out of tea sweet or unsweetened tea. Will try the another KFC if we try again.

Got there late, close to closing. It’s a normal thing for them to be low or out of things on the menu at the end of the day, it’s KFC, finger licking good! And it really is. This one especially and the awesome people that work there are super friendly, and make sure you leave happy and full. Thank you to last nights team and their hard work and kindness!!!! Our dinner and dessert was perfect and delicious!!!!

Don’t understand how people can’t count anymore. Ordered a 10 piece and got 9 and of course the white meat was what they shorted. Or maybe they are just cheating you on purpose since you want know till you get home. It’s got too point not worth eating out, could care less if they all closed down.
