A haven of amazing food and good vibes. I’ve tried their steaks, chicken dishes, soups and sandwiches before but now tried their steaks spicy smash burger and perfect fries. The salt and pepper even taste better haha. Chocolate bourbon pecan pie with gelato for dessert? Absolutely killer. Don’t hesitate to have dinner here.
There’s a bar, high tables and comfortable dining room with medium to low light, bookshelves, and a big group table surrounded by their wine racks. Service is awesome and you can see the owners and their personality in the menu.

I hate to write bad reviews, but potential customers depend on them. I know I do. We made the mistake of choosing this restaurant for our anniversary. What stood out from the moment we walked in was the feeling nobody was going to make this a memorable experience. The waiter was nice, but it seemed like he had no experience or training. Gave us a couple minutes and asked what we wanted. Didn’t ask us if we’d like a drink. Had to ask for a wine list. But, I tried to stay positive. We ordered different soups and they were great. They had a specials menu and we ordered the petite filet mignon. Sat in great anticipation but he came back and informed us they didn’t have any more of it. I think we all know the feeling of gearing up for a dish, and the let down of being told they don’t have it. And an item on the specials menu! We paid for what we had and left. Any restaurant can have a bad night, but we won’t go back, specifically because there was no welcoming atmosphere. That’s something I can’t forget. I will also note it was 5 pm, not at the end of a busy night.

This place was everything I hoped it would be. The short rib was so tender it melted in your mouth like ice cream and the salmon was cooked to perfection with an amazing crust on the outside and tender inside. Nothing was overseasoned and it was was just devinely delicious

The steak was cooked to a perfect medium, boasting a mouthwatering smoky flavor. Meanwhile, the braised short rib offered a well-balanced, slightly sweet flavor profile.
While my partner found the food to be amazing, I personally felt they were good but not exceptional. For my taste, the dishes could have used a touch more seasoning. Nonetheless, the overall dining experience, including the atmosphere, service, and diverse menu, makes this restaurant a solid choice for both casual and special occasions. Highly recommended!

My wife and I live down in Queens and we’re up visiting my sister who lives in poughkeepsie. We were going to the Hudson Valley Renegades game and needed a place to eat beforehand. We just happened to stumble upon Farm to Table Bistro and haven’t been able to stop talking about it since. If this restaurant was in our neighborhood we would be eating there once a week at least. Everything about it was perfect the food was incredible the service was friendly and inviting and though we didn’t have drinks the cocktails looked amazing. I had Arctic char which is a fish I’ve only eaten when in Iceland prior to this (which is where they get it from) and it was just as good as when I ate it there. I don’t have enough good things to say about this place and I find myself looking for reasons to head back up in that direction to stop in again. Wish there were another one right by me!

After ordering from these guys over uber eats for about a year now every now and again, my fiance and I finally went in to have a proper sit down meal from them. What we were met with was a fantastic restaurant with incredible staff who were super attentive, incredible décor, and some of the best food in the Hudson Valley, hands down. The quality of the ingredients in superb and gives such divine levels of flavor that blew us away. A lot of their ingredients are organic as well which is great for us. A lot of the alcohol is locally sourced which is even more awesome cause it tastes incredible and is super strong. The desert was just delicious beyond words could say. We loved it and will be back again for more. Highly recommend!
