I was pleasantly surprised at all the positive aspects I found at this restaurant. The prices are better than any other Mexican restaurant I have been to in the area. The food was great, and I love the décor. I will certainly visit again.

I don’t know how this place has such glowing reviews because it honestly has some of the blandest food I’ve ever eaten. Nothing is flavorful and the quality is lacking. The chicken tacos had chicken that tasted like boiled meat with absolutely no seasoning. The service was also extremely underwhelming. The employees were all on their cell phones while we sat waiting for our drinks to be refilled and we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. (To be charged $3.50 per soda, it would be nice to get more when you need it.) Our server wasn’t very friendly nor was he attentive. The positive: the restaurant looks nice inside. This is probably the 3rd time we said we would never be back after having mediocre experiences. Never again this time.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. Immediately as we sat down we got a delicious basket of chips and salsa. The vegetarian fajitas were extremely flavourful and beyond satisfying! Everything about my experience at Rancho Grande was perfection.

The absolute best Mexican restaurant to eat at in beckley. Friendly fast service, fresh food and great atmosphere. UPDATE: Still the same great place to eat. Their pico is always fresh and has that perfect crunch when you bit into the onion.

This place used to be good. Yesterday I decided to take my family there and the server was rude the food was gross I actually got the Durango burrito and when I ate a piece of shrimp I immediately got sick barely made it to the bathroom before I puked everywhere. When I told management nothing was done about it. It was food poisoning.
