I would give them 10 stars.. Everyone was so nice.. We ordered a rack of ribs, chicken salad, side of pulled pork, collards, squash casserole, sweet potato casserole and cornbread.. Everything was freshly made and nothing canned.. My husband hates cornbread and ordered 8 more slices to go after I had him taste it.. He said it reminded him of his great grandmas.. The meat had a great smoke flavor. Bonus for us that its beside the Pilot and has a truck driver discount.. Will definitely be returning..

Stopped by a great place and ordered chicken wings — about 8 pieces in the portion. Absolutely delicious, highly recommend! I was here around 4 PM, not many people, background music playing but still easy to have a conversation. The design is interesting and cozy. When I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend this spot!

Pull over and dine here! It’s really good and fast. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw topping, Brunswick Stew, and peach cobbler. All dishes were on point, reasonably priced, and the fast friendly service got us on our way

Can you say succulent and absolutely delicious The smoked turkey melted in my mouth….the smoked chicken wing were flavorful and well cooked and delicious with no sauces (BBQ sauce only added to the experience)….the sides of broccoli with cheese and souffled sweet potatoes were creamy and sweet…and by recommendation I also tried the cucumber salad with the right amount of tanginess and fresh crispness! Job well done

Wow, a hidden gem amongst fast food. Right next to the truck stop. Delicious 1/2 chicken that was cooked perfect, most with juices. Great seasoning. Collard greens delicious as well with the perfect taste, not overly vinegary. The mac and cheese was good. The corn bread was next level with a toasted crip side. 2 dipping sauces that just added to the perfect flavors. Just what I needed was a perfect meal. The place has a great sit-down area and a take out window. Customer service was outstanding and friendly. Made my night. Thank you ! It’s priced right and much better than anything around.

Oh man, this is some really great BBQ! I had to slowly walk out of there. Felt like I needed to wheel barrel out. It was great eating and I love their red sauce! Sweet! Buy it guys. Listen to the fat me here. It’s worth it! The corn bread was also very very good! Totally recommend! Also pulled pork and pork chili was great! Like damn! I wish I drive through here often but I don’t. Not gonna forget the experience. Woman upfront was very nice and all smiles. Great to see that! These is a 10 out of 10! Perfect score!

Went to Pilot truck stop for a shower and grabbed some chicken wings, black eyed peas, and boudin balls to go. Everything was awesome and the wings had plenty of flavor. If I had 1 suggestion to make, it would be to add a little cheese to the boudin balls so they hold together a little better. Other than that the flavor was great. I don’t come to Alabama often but would most definitely get food from here again.
