I placed an order online using the application toast that Mike and Tony’s partners with. I placed my order at 5:59 PM. My order did not arrive until 7:45 PM. When the food arrived, the hummus was scooped into a Styrofoam container, not in an enclosed lid container. The potato skins were dried and cold. The food was un edible. When Iarrive until 7:45 PM. When I spoke to the manager, he said when we received your order, we made it within 10 minutes, but the delivery didn’t pick it up for another hour or so. I feel like this is bad practice. Especially if you know that your food only takes 10 minutes to be made. When I reached out to the manager. He said they will not reimburse me the $57 that it was for my food. He said to reach out to the app. I reached out to the app and the app said to reach out to the manager because it’s our problem. This seems like a big hoax and they don’t know what they’re doing and what companies they’ve partner with. I highly suggest if you’re ever gonna order from them don’t order online. It’s a waste of time because the management doesn’t care about food quality coming to delivery. It’s a shame because I have pictures that I would like to post, but I’m unable to do that in this review for some reason.

Great service and food. Honestly, we probably won’t go back because the main lighting was like walking into an emergency room! WAY too bright for us. If only they could dim the lights, it would make for a more relaxing, comfortable welcoming atmosphere. The wooden booths are very nice, which we could see VERY well

Love Mike and Tony’s but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at restaurants with the food from a restaurant. Everything we ordered was horrible and WAAAYYY over cooked. And we orders for 7 people so that’s a lot of food to mess up. The worst was the spinach pie we all tried it because of how bad my aunt made it out to be we said come on it can’t be that bad…. It was. And the fries were harder than a lollipop. Here’s what the our food looked like compared to how the Mike and Tony website shows it

Mike & Tony’s is always a reliable spot. The food is consistently good, and their gyros are great every time I go. It’s the kind of place you can count on when you want something quick, filling, and done right. I’ve been here multiple times and it never disappoints, definitely one of my go-to gyro spots.

Just ordered takeout. Chicken gyro was not edible. Chicken pink inside and burnt on the outside. Only a few pieces of shredded lettuce. My husband and I order takeout on a fairly regular basis. His gyro plate was good and consistent with previous orders. $26 and it ended up in the garbage.

Service is TERRIBLE. Missing food from my togo order. Asked to talk to a manager twice and was told there wasn’t one there. Was supposed to get a call back from a manager, never happened. The bathrooms are disgusting, water leaking from the ceiling and they are well aware. There are plenty of other gyro places nearby try those before coming here. Customer service is soooo bad here.

Your little guy working the bar thinks he’s doing something by talking back to me, he needs to mind his own concerns. I’m doing my job, do yours bud. I waited 35 minutes for an order and all I said to myself as i sat at the bar waiting (alone) was this place is slow… I didn’t scream it at him or say it to HIM ? He comes over to me and talked back saying I dont need to come there and blah blah ..blah blah impatience this and that. Giving advice like breakfast club..(well I was already in communication with the customer and they tipped me extra just to pick up their order and wait for them, even they msg me saying it was taking a while ,asking me where it was) . & If I’m already in there waiting I’m not going to just leave, after promising another customer I’ll come to them.. And THANKS FOR THE ADVICE I wont come again unless it’s a big order I was there for 2 pickups today. I was in here earlier afternoon BEFORE this order for DOORDASH, and they were also equally as SLOW and unwelcoming when it was empty.

Absolutely terrible, dreadful gyros. Overcooked, dry as the sahara desert, heck i’d rather you rinse it in grease than serve me this. I couldn’t even finish it, it’s not often i’m presented with food i can’t finish but, here we are. I think I was frustrated at the whole experience because you get this tiny gyro with barely any meat on it and the meat sucked to boot.
Service was bad too, dude looked miserable and like he didn’t wanna be there and was annoyed to have customers.
My bad bro, sorry for coming in to order. i’ll take my money elsewhere. It’s not often I have a 1 star experience but, wow, this place is bad and needs a desperate overhaul from top to bottom.

This place is never a disappointment! Since moving to Brookline, this has become our go to Thursday night dinner spot. The food & portion sizes are excellent, you can’t beat the prices and the staff is always amazing! No long waits, always checking on us, promptly refilling our drinks and even sharing some laughs! Never had a bad experience! Compliments to all staff!!
