The food was great! we were surprised by how fast it got to us. our drinks took a bit but they were good and very strong. What sucked was how rushed we were. we wanted to have brunch to catch up with friends and the split second our food was delivered we were hit with our bills. no one asked if we were ready for it. Many of us planned to order more drinks. When part of our party left we offered up our added table since it wasn’t in use anymore and the staff seemed appreciative to have that table to seat more people. After that we had to flag our waitress down to put in another order of drinks which were brought out and also immediately followed up by our bill… again. Our waitress was great and it was very clearly the manager pushing the next part of our experience so not her fault – within like 5ish minutes of ordering our second round of drinks we were told the manager wanted the table turned for new guests and that they had reservations waiting. mind you we had a reservation too but they’re over-booking was our problem. we had been there for just over an hour at this point. we told our server we were going to finish our drinks we just ordered and be on our way. we understood they wanted to move more customers through and although this push out the door was annoying we were going to finish our drinks and head out. Maybe three minutes later our server came over again after we were being side eyed by the manager for taking a few minutes to finish the drinks we just paid for. We understood he was breathing down her neck to get us out so we chugged our drinks and left. The food and drinks were great but it would’ve been nice to enjoy them without having to force it down our throats!

2 of my Co-Workers got out of the office for lunch today. We attempted to go to another place first but were told the wait was 30 plus minutes. So we wandered down the street and found this amazing cafe with the BEST service and food!!! When we first got there, there weren’t any tables open but the host ( who I believe is the owner) worked hard to find us spots to sit since we were on a time crunch. We ended up sitting at the bar and were served by the Amazing TYLER. I can not say enough what a great experience we had. This was my first time here and definitely will not be my last. Thank you for being so great!!!

Went to Milton‘s to have breakfast and book an airline flight. We were there 45 minutes when the owner started badgering us to get up and leave so that he could give our table to the next group. Apparently the next customer is more important than the current customer. If you’d like to finish a conversation or take more than 30 minutes to eat, your food, probably should find somewhere else that cares.I won’t be back. The food is fine. The owner is a jerk.

Milton’s Café is everything breakfast should be — simple, delicious, and comforting. It’s the best-priced breakfast in town, but the quality and care never feel ‘cheap.’ The staff treat you like a real human being, and that alone sets this place apart. Every visit feels easy and welcoming. A true local treasure.

Do not come here if you want to relax and talk to friends. You are on a clock and as soon as someone walks in and wants your table the owner forces you out. We were there only 50 minutes before the owner started to badger us. Continuously. We met there to see friends and book a flight. Something we probably could have completed in 5-10 minutes if we didn’t have to deal with him. I have never experienced that level of rudeness at a restaurant. We will not be returning.

We made a reservation in advance and they didn’t have our table ready for 30 minutes after we had arrived. The service was not friendly and was honestly a bit rude. We will not be eating here again.

We stopped in today and got breakfast. They were super busy and on top of their game. Our server was very friendly and did a great job. The breakfast wrap was amazing and the steak & eggs was definitely in my top 5! Highly recommend stopping through if you’re ever in town.

My server was incredibly sweet but the owner of the restaurant completely rushed us out of the establishment. He made it clear we were not welcome to enjoy a relaxed meal as he demanded our server come every 5 minutes to ask if we were ready to go. Our food also came out incorrect and when we ask to have it fixed he said that the kitchen was too busy. They said the owners name is Dave and he is honestly one of the most miserable human beings I’ve ever been around. I do not recommended this restaurant, try The Roost on Mass instead, 10 times better.

Great little breakfast/lunch stop downtown. We enjoyed breakfast on the outdoor patio after visiting the farmers market on a perfect weather Saturday morning. After a short wait, we were seated promptly and the service was excellent. My wife wanted me to mention that Jessie got her order just right including all of “small” changes to the menu items. We will certainly be back!
