good!! Get one while you can. I’m addicted to these succulent fast food sandwiches. Who’d a-thunk?!
If you’re traveling on Rt 64, get off at Exit 54 or Exit 55 and turn up to this breakfast, lunch, or dinner eatery.
First let me say that there is something very special about this place. The employees are super friendly, always smiling and very welcoming.
I have never had to wait to place my order and food always comes out hot and fresh.
One of the most impressive things about this store is how clean it is.
Keep up the good work Burger King South Charleston!! YOU RULE!!
If I was writing this about my experience with breakfast at this location it would be 5 stars across the board. I drive in about 35 minutes to my office everyday and 2-3 times a week I bypass my local (elkview) bk because this one is ran so much better. The short blonde haired manager and the taller black gentleman that usually work mornings are top notch. Very friendly, fast, polite and the food is always fresh. 5/5 and 10/10. I noticed twice though I came in for breakfast and the other white manager in his early 30’s probably was there and it was a completely different environment. Not only did he look disheveled but so was the store. The drink station was filthy trash in the pick up counter and to beat it all at 8:00 in the morning which you would assume would be breakfast rush there was zero biscuits to be had. All that being said this was about my trip there last night around 6:30 and stems from the other disheveled manager that doesn’t usually work mornings. I ordered a 12 piece chicken fry combo with a coke and wasn’t told at all that they were out of coke, no big deal but for that matter he didn’t really even say more then 3 words. The wait for my food was about 13 minutes which even though it’s 6:30 there was at least 5-6 employees working and I was 1 of only 3 customers in the lobby which again looked all too similar to my morning experience with this manager. I was told they had to run to another store to grab some more coke and other supplies was why the long wait. Happy to be ready and with a sprite in hand I hit the door. Made it through the light and my first 2 chicken fry’s were awesome the next 10 were old, hard and not even worth the effort to try to chew. $10 almost and I got a sprite and 2 chicken fry’s. I get it not a 5 star restaurant. I get that mistakes happen. I even get that not everyone is overly customer service oriented but I just want to explain the difference of when the 2 morning crew members are there versus any single experience I’ve ever had here in the evening. Management makes all the difference and the morning crew deserve commendation for how great they run your establishment. After lunch is a different story all together. If you intend to keep customers coming through the door I recommend you poll the morning management team and put her in charge of it all because they’re great I can list a hundred good experiences. Kudos to the morning management teams and I vote good riddins to the rest. If you wanna truly be the king you might need to promote the queen. Do better Riverwalk BK
Just stay away.
