Look how perfect this chicken sandwich looks… and the mac and cheese here is literally the best in the game. Paired with the amazing fries and sauce OMGGG. Definitely one of my favorite meals of all time. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. Definitely recommend.

Love Chick-fil-A food and service but this particular location has a terrible parking lot layout and drive thru traffic flow. I honestly would choose to drive to another location because of stress and worry of being hit by car not knowing where to drive after receiving their food or the super sharp right turn going into the small shopping center. Just be careful and a lot for time in traffic when/if coming to this location.

This Chick-fil-A location has been my go-to spot since it opened, and it continues to impress me with its consistency in both food quality and customer service. Every order I’ve received has been fresh, accurate, and up to the high standards you expect from Chick-fil-A. On a few rare occasions, I’ve experienced missing items when ordering through the mobile app in the drive-thru, but the staff has always addressed the issue quickly and professionally, usually providing a voucher for the inconvenience. The drive-thru is especially well managed even during peak hours, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The team keeps things moving efficiently and always greets you with a friendly attitude. Customer service here is topnotch, as expected from the brand. Parking can be a bit tight, especially during busy times, which is why I prefer the drive-thru. However, this minor drawback doesn’t take away from the overall positive experience I’ve consistently had at this location. A bonus is the boba tea shop conveniently located next door. It makes for a perfect combo if you’re craving a meal and a refreshing drink. I definitely recommend this location for both quality and convenience.

First off the guy ringing me up had no clue about the $3.99 promo and thought the soda was refillable after i paid . The manager didnt care when i told her . I said really you cant give me a small soda since its your mistake . She kept saying no . And after if i wanted to talk to a higher up named “Silvia ” . She was rude as well . She put soda in it which is gross because she didnt even want to be kind to put water once to clean the cup . Second time i asked and said you asked if i wanted water , I do now . She rinsed out the soda which means originally she could of been kind and do that . I ended buying soda . End of my visit in front of my husband and kids i said id like my refill of soda . Silvia puts water in it . Im like no i paid for soda . She looks at the cup . I repeated myself I paid for soda since. She finally changes it . So rude and horrible service . They hire terrible people .

I have to give this location a 1 star review because of the free delivery “reward” they often send out. This is the one location out of several that I frequent that sends out free delivery as one of their rewards. All the other locations I go to send out rewards for a free sandwich (usually), or sometimes a dessert. It’s actually annoying getting an email or notification that says “here’s a little something” because then I think it’s something worthwhile, only to see it’s just free delivery. Stop being stingy, Josiah Borg.

I didn’t think it was professional for my friend Oscar to act so kindly to the group of ladies in front of me, but then giving me an uncomfortable attitude. Started by acting very unwelcoming and ended up not even saying “my pleasure.” I will for sure not be coming back to this location in future instances.
