Ordered food online via there website. Didn’t receive all my food when the delivery driver showed up. He could not speak english and used a translation app to tell me he would be back with the rest of the order. The driver completed the order via his end and I received a text stating this. Waited an hour then called the store. He never went back and I was told they don’t do refunds but that could come pick it up. I ordered delivery because I don’t have the means at this time to pick it up myself. Tried contacting Doordash who called the store but they don’t have the means of refunding or doing a redelivery either only the store can. Wont be doing business with this business ever again. They can’t even handle basic customer service for a delivery error and have no clear means of resolving problems like this.

The staff at the store at Central and Hillside in Wichita Kansas is the one that I go to. The staff there is very pleasant. My order was ready on time and was delicious. The store was clean which I like. When the store is clean I know that they care about their business.

Delicious pizza, I prefer this take n bake at home option as it allows me to have dinner ready at a set time & not wait around for a delivery person or wandering if my pizza will even be hot. Employees are always friendly & store appears to be well kept/clean.

This store at Central and Oliver would have gotten a 5 star rating because the pizzas we’re good but in the last piece of pizza in the last bite my husband bites down on something hard and pulls out of his mouth a large portion of an artificial fingernail. I called the store and talk to the assistant manager and he tells me to hang on he has to call the manager. He puts me on hold for like a minute and a half and comes back and says I’m sorry ma’am there is nothing we can do about this because we don’t have any employees that have artificial nails. I said no because they are in people’s pizzas. Come to find out he never spoke to the manager about this but trust and believe I did and I also spoke to corporate about it too because that’s just nasty y’all!
