The ppl here are so friendly and welcoming! The band we saw was fantastic and the whole bar was singing along. This place will give u many moments to remember! The Owner personally welcomed us. Thx to everyone for making out of towners feel like that are regulars

Came in for a quick lunch during jury duty…service was quick, friendly, and very very good! Food was fresh (everything in my salad was super good) and the hot food was hot. Lizzy was my server… just ask for her! Great little place. Def be back.

Don’t recommend going to this bar ever! We had the worst experience! We just wanted to stop in for a drink and some appetizers before going to the casino! Everything was going great until the waitress told us if we weren’t staying for the band we could get our money back from the bouncer because we shouldn’t have had to pay! We didn’t ask her for our money back she brought it up. She told the owner (Mike) and he came over asking if he could buy us a free round instead of giving our money back and we said no we were okay and didn’t want the free drink as we were ready to leave. He didn’t like that my sister said no to the free drink and called her a weiner.

Mike told us he has to pay $1,000 for the band so he didn’t want to give the money back and my sister responded “that’s not our problem” and he got mad and slammed the door and told the bouncer to give us money back as we left. He was completely wasted as well. As an owner maybe you shouldn’t be wasted and calling patrons in the bar childish names and it was only 8:30pm!

The Chicago Street Pub in Joliet, IL offers a quaint and friendly neighborhood bar atmosphere. The food and service were both very good. It’s not fancy, but it has a comfortable, familiar feeling, that was relaxed and inviting. I enjoyed my visit there very much.

The wife and I stopped here for lunch today. The inside was really neat, great service, and the food was fantastic. I had the Buffalo Bacon Blue Cheese Burger which was just right and my wife had the special which was a breaded BBQ Pork Tenderloin sammich with a delicious relish that tied it all together. We chose the cheesey potatoe casserole as a side and it was good. Prices were beyond great! Monday they have live traditional Irish music starting at 7:30pm.

It is a great downtown pub. We went for live music. Place is clean and the lightning and woodwork is amazing. Old school pub vibe. We did not get a chance to try the food but I’d like to return to do so. Drinks were good. Service wonderful.

It was our second visit as we had a great meal when we visited pre covid. We were heading to the theater and wanted to have another great meal and Chicago Stree Pub did not disappoint. We got to the door and someone immediately ushered us to our seat. The place was full, but the staff was VERY efficient. We had some yummy stuffed pretzels that had jalapeno and cheese inside them. Ordered the fish fry Wich was amazing, even tried a new cider boys flavor of apricot. We highly recommend a stop here for a great meal if you are in the area.
