I made a drive thru order and my mom picked it up when she got there the guy said “we don’t have an order for that name” after she showed him proof another guy said “we don’t have any chicken minis left what do you want me to do” with an attitude. Then they proceeded to give her a nasty biscuit with hashbrowns and throw it in the bag as you can see in the picture. I love Chick-fil-A, but this has been one of the worst Chick-fil-A‘s. I’ve ever been to.

Never thought I’d give a bad review of my favorite restaurant, but this new location is horribly managed. My first visit I ordered a standard #1 no pickle. They put the sticker on it, but went ahead and added pickles anyway. I decided to tray again a week later and with two registers at lunch the manager was taking multiple orders from a person while the other employee was making drinks rather than taking someone else’s order. After about 10min we and the gentleman behind us walked out.
I hate to say it, but I’d rather drive the extra few miles to the better manager site a little further out of my way.

This is the second time they have messed up my order. Make sure u check your bag at this Chic Fila before leaving the drive thru. I just spent $60 and they left out 2 of my items. There food is crazy expensive and it’s upsetting to get home and be missing multiple things from your order. I don’t want too waste my gas to drive back up there. Please do better…
I wanted to give them another chance. I thought I checked the bag and had all my items but they left out 2 of my fries again.. worst Chic Fila. It’s ridiculous. I at least ordered online this time so I will get my money back the next time I go.. I’ll prob have to start driving further to the one on Rodgers, they never mess up my order and I’ve been to that one more. I shouldn’t have too drive further but I guess it is what it is..

We rarely eat out but decided to try this location today. We arrived at 11, prime lunch time, went inside, there was no wait. The girl who took our order was pleasant. I hadn’t even made it to the table and she was already bringing our food out. Cold nuggets, cold fries (tasted old), and cold sandwich with a soggy bun. I will say the lemonade was delicious but we will not be back, so disappointing

The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt organized and cared for. But what really made the experience unforgettable was Addyson. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — she greeted me with a smile that instantly brightened my day, made sure my order was exactly right, and even checked in to see how everything tasted. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely enjoys their job and treats every customer with that level of kindness and attention. The food, of course, was delicious — hot, fresh, and perfectly made — but Addyson’s service took it to another level. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience that reminded me how powerful great service can be. Chick-fil-A should be proud to have someone like her representing their brand. I’ve never been disappointed at chick fil a until today.The spicy chicken sandwich was the smallest chicken breast I’ve ever had at any location. My waffle fries were mostly crumbs and a little overcooked. However it’s still my favorite place to eat chicken sandwiches. I just hope this is not a trend with the size of the breast patties.

I feel obligated to pick apart one thing. The play place. Theres very little to actually do. To me a play place is somewhere parents can take their kids to be active inside and get the zooming out. The play place they put in is separate and designed for children I guess who sit in front of a tablet all day. It leaves much to be desired. Something to climb and slide down is brilliant.

I came here to pick up dinner. I placed my order online but for some reason the QR code to check-in wasn’t working. I Tried to flag down a team member to assist as directed by the app but they were more interested in laughing and joking instead of trying to get orders out or assist their customers. Once I received assistance, they pulled me up to a VIP spot. Finally received my food and I’m missing part of what I ordered. Unsuccessfully attempted to flag down a team member again before pulling back through the drive-thru and waiting again to receive the rest of my order.

Great food but the app needs improvement. It’s a waist of time to order it early and still have to wait 10 min for food after you arrive at the store. Just make the food when it’s ordered and paid.

I’ve given this location multiple try’s to work their kinks out but if anything it’s getting worse not better. Mac and cheese doesn’t even come with half of the size you order. Food is sometimes cold. You can get stuck in this drive through for a very long time. It’s worth just driving down the road to the other location.
