This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I will go to, I Used to go the one on Mt Read because its right next to my house, I Got sick and tired of fighting with these ignorant people about screwing up a simple coffee order and waiting At least 10 to 15 minutes for your food and then half the time you have to bring it back because it was wrong I said no more and I stopped going there, I Noticed the one on Dewey Ave I’ve been going there now about a year Give or take, Every Employee in there is wonderful, The Managers are great as well. I never have a problem when I go in there they know exactly what I like and usually have my drink ready by the time I get in the door because they either see my order or my car lol They are all respectful, friendly, Caring, Funny, I can go on and on, I Want to tell you all thank you for your service And being wonderful people

Stopped in this afternoon for an iced coffee, coolata and donut. The girls working today were so polite and friendly. Jasmin, our cashier, was so nice and helpful, she made the best drinks. The mint chip coolata my husband got was one of the best he’s had at any other dunkin made in the Greece area. Same with my iced coffee! Made it perfectly! Since it was almost closing time, they gave us two extra donuts which was really thoughtful. It’s employees like that that make the store stand out! The cafe was also very clean and welcoming! Highly recommend this location for exceptional friendly service and great drinks/donuts.

I’ve been here about 10 times and it’s just never the best. I did a walk in mobile order, waited 20 minutes while the guest that walked up to the counter right away had there’s made right there. The drinks are always either never full or they pack them with ice when I put light ice. The one time I also ordered a donut with my drink and they didn’t even put it out. The service is never that good. I’ve had one nice worker of all the times I’ve been there. This location is just not good. All the other locations I’ve been too are a lot better

Took 5 mins to acknowledge me standing there. No greetings, grumpy sad faces. Got my order wrong. Please hire people who actually want a job. Not people who hate people. Bad selection of doughnuts . Also what happened to wearing hair nets? Hair down to her waist at one Dunkin place, and no one wearing nets.

I placed a mobile order. 2 small drinks and a dozen donuts. I picked out the donuts i wanted. I got to the store no customer in drive or inside, I get inside there are 4 employees all standing there. I go to pick up my order and noticed no donuts. The guy that was standing there looked at me and said do you want a drink tray i said no I just want the rest of my order, the donuts I ordered. The other lady said a name and I said no it’s for Kimberly and i had the receipt in my hand and she was like let me see that and took it out of my hands. Than I get home to see they never even picked the donuts i asked for, if you didn’t have them you should have said something to me since I was waiting anyways since they couldn’t even finish the order. Absolutely ridiculous.

The absolute worst experience of my entire life getting fast food and I have worked in the industry so I can completely understand some the lack of communication and overwhelming lack of discussion but the lack of respect for the customers is unbelievable. I understand having some equipment down. I get it, but have a system in place in order to manage that. I ordered online pay $30. I get to the drive through line and it’s long whatever I can deal with that. I wait 15 minutes in the drive through line to get to the speaker and be told that they’re not taking mobile orders in the drive through and I have to come inside. I come inside and I ask if I have to wait in line once again. They inform me I do so I wait in line for another 5 to 7 minutes. Where I’m then told at the counter. I cannot pick up a drive throughout the counter. Then I proceed to wait at the counter for both drive through and front end to make my order for another 10 minutes. During which the employee who is running the front counter on the front cash register, taking orders between 9 and 940 asks the crowd if anybody is missing a macchiato to which I inform her I had received mine as my order was part of the confusion. She tells me I’m not talking to you.What great customer service that place has?I promise I will never, ever be back. Unfortunate.

The donuts here are seriously good, and have been for years. Idk if it’s the same people making them, or if it’s just how they’re trained, but the donuts here are 100x better than other locations I’ve tried throughout the years. The donut itself is usually a decent size, and the frosting consistency is always on point, and evenly glazed, unlike other locations where it looks like they barely frost. Idk what you do, but it’s right. I’ll give you 5 stars just for the donuts.

I went into the store to order and had two people in front of me. Their order was taken quickly and had their items just as quick. The person saw me standing there but instead of taking my order once he finished with the people ahead of me, they decided to do side work so I stood for probably a total of seven minutes or so before they took my order. Even then, the wrong drink was put in so I stood for another couple of minutes while they made the correct drink. Once that was finished, the cashier must have decided I had extra time and stood for another two or three minutes waiting for them to hand me my drink. Mind you I had already gotten my food within a minute or two of ordering but stood waiting for a drink. Don’t think I will be going back to that particular Dunkin’ any time soon.

I have to be honest they never get it right! They’ll give you everything you asked for but there’s always going to be something wrong. today I had a broken coffee lids so coffee dripped out of the cup and into my brand new car! I asked for hash browns toasted twice I don’t even think they were toasted once picture below! I guess I’ll go to the one on Mount Read next time! I don’t know about you but coffee is what gets me up in the morning and if I can’t get what I want made right then I’m not going to bother wasting my money going.
