I really want to like this location, but there’s a consistent service issue that keeps happening. Almost every time I order, something is missing from my order. It’s not occasional, it’s a pattern.
Considering how expensive the food and drinks are, it’s frustrating to constantly double check bags or drive back because something was forgotten. Accuracy should be the bare minimum.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves order quality control, because right now the experience doesn’t match the price.

Location is difficult to get in and out of, especially if you are dinning in. This is because the traffic pattern of the drive thru blocks people who park. Very surprising this wasn’t discovered before opening and wasn’t addressed during their 2021 renovations. Aside from this logistical shortsightedness, it’s still a typical Starbucks with friendly staff and selections just like any other. They do seem to run out of the featured stocked items more often than I’d prefer

I always think it will be quick when I order a couple items that only require handing them to me (apple sauce pouch, piece of lemon bread not warmed up). I can see the bread, it’s right there, why can’t the person just grab one and hand it to me? I guess top priority goes to drive through and the mass of online orders which I’m sure roll in, but it’s just weird sitting there for 9 actual minutes while people roll in and out, and having to get in line a second time to ask the person for my item, which she then grabs asap and gives me. It really doesn’t do you any good to “just run in since the drive through line is long”.

If you are looking for coffee on the go, there isn’t a more perfect place for you. Personally, I envision coffee shops being less hectic- a safe haven from the distractions of an already busy life. It doesn’t seem to be an establishment which fits my personal taste. I find the empty “15 minute” parking spots indicative of a corporation which values metrics above customers. Customers shouldn’t need to feel the pressure of having their car towed while they enjoy their coffee- especially when the establishment already has a drive thru.

My Fiance and I came to this location at 2:19 pm on Thursay 3/13/25. We ordered two Grandé caramel ribbon crunch frappachinos and got about 3 physical ounces after half of the cup of whipped cream. I was ok with the 14 dollar hit if the 3 ounces tasted good, the consistency of the ice would be best described as gravel. We ended up having to circle back to get the order corrected. That’ll be the last time we enter this location.
