My coworker recommend me trying pizza nova! I have to say this pizza spot is a hidden gem. The staff was very welcoming and recommended items on the menu! I highly liked that given I have never been to pizza nova! The Mexican pizza was really good. It matched well with the breaded mushrooms and French fries! If you are looking for a unique pizza spot give pizza nova on w 26th street a try!

Great Owner! I been ordering here for over 10 years and I never once had a complaint, until a few weeks ago. I was not happy with the pizza because it looked sloppy and not as usual. Which I understand because they all can’t be perfect. I told the person on the phone about it and the owner switched it out for a new one (free of charge). They didn’t even argue with me about it because of my track record. He made things right and I’m happy being a loyal customer.

I’m leaving this review because the pizza was really mid, not something I’m coming back for. Needed more sauce especially around the edge pieces and the inside of the restaurant feels weirdly sterile, kind of like a 7/11

Occasionally, order from here!!!! But, today called in a delivery order as usual. And, they girl taking order didn’t seem at all chippy like the other time. Made my pizza order with buffalo wings ( always love theirs ). This time they sent me the gross smelling BBQ. I can’t even stand the smell. Tell me why when I called they had me waiting for 10mins to figure something out. They wouldn’t refund. Wanted to give credit. ( only order 1x every other month or so ). Girl that took order got on the phone and was like you told me BBQ and I repeated order 2x. Im like and the 2x you said wings not flavor. Now, it was 11pm and still now order redelivered. Told me I was on its way and while on the phone said that they didn’t have a delivery person yet. Never again will I be ordering again. Now, $20 wings on the garbage. No one in the household eats wings.

I tried to order from here and now the prices online are different then what they are when you order. Here’s an update on this place . It has improved and i have had good service and pizza so far. Just wanted to be fair and give you an update.
Not so good anymore. I am very disappointed with the last two orders. The ingredients are cheap and from a can and the management is a joke.

July-Pilsen Boss Babe
I usually go to Pizza Nova in Pilsen. On Halloween I decided to go to little village instead. I ordered for pickup. The pizza was amazing but my complain is with the cashier who had an attitude for no reason, I still said thank you when I received my order and she didn’t even say anything back like girl don’t work in customer service if you don’t like customers! I almost told her off but I decided to not engage with miserable people. I will stick to my pizza nova in Pilsen from now on

We paid 50$ for two pizzas for students + teachers and this is how they came to us. We called the manager to report it and let them know and they were not helpful at all. Definitely will not be returning, especially because they lied to us about how it was delivered to cover themselves. We have video recording in the school; we know what happened.

I love this pizza place. It’s been there since I was little. They have a variety of food to order. The ladies working there are super nice and helpful and the food is made when you order it. Delicious pizza and I love they still have the RC cola because I love how they still use home brands.

I placed an order over the phone to send my uncle a small meal. When I placed the order, the cashier didn’t ask if I wanted to leave a tip, which I assumed was just a simple oversight. The delivery driver, however, called me afterward and demanded a tip because my uncle hadn’t left one. I did end up tipping $3 on a $10 order, but the call felt aggressive and unprofessional. This experience left me disappointed with the level of service.
