Don’t expect them to get your order right. We’ve given this location 3+ tries and have had missing food, wrong orders, and employees who cut you off when you try to politely ask for the food that you paid for. It also takes forever to even get food in the first place. We ordered two orders of cinnamon twists, it took them 18 minutes to put them in the bag AND they still gave us one order of Cinnabons instead. Save your time and money and go to one of the other places next door.

This place have one service desk where you order KFC or Taco Bell food. No selforder kiosks.

Being recently relocated to Richfield, we HAD to locate the local fast food places we used to frequent in our old locale, and finding a local KFC was just the ticket. Located just off the Hwy, and situated in the ever popular off-the-highway dual business offerings you find if you ever do any long over-the-road trips. This being more of the strange dual options I’ve seen, as its paired with a Taco Bell. Now, I for one, would never frequent a Taco Bell, as I prefer more of the “traditional” Ma & Pa Mexican Restaurants, I have been known to have a craving for those “Eleven herbs & spices… Finger licking good” Chicken. I have frequented this location many times, mostly drive-thru, but at different times, and have come away with exactly what I ordered, and considering a drive of five minutes, made it home and eating still warm food. I can say, that some of the times I have gone, it has taken a little time from the point of ordering at the speaker to getting my food, but one thing I’ve learned about Richfield and its small town feel, some things are a little more laid back, than, say Salt Lake City, and its more hustle & bustle. Another consideration is that I frequent a lot of businesses in Richfield, and most have a help wanted sign up a lot more times than they don’t.

Sydney F was the employee working the drive thru, and she is quite possibly the loveliest drive thru attendant I have ever experienced she was kind, patient competent and made our experience lovely. Rarely am I surprised by the quality of service I receive from a fast food drive thru, but today I was incredibly pleasantly surprised and that’s all accredited to Sydney F’s service. Thank you!

We came here hoping to get a nice quick dinner and some tasty food. I’ll give the staff the benefit of the doubt, but one of the more less desirable KFC visits I’ve had. They looked understaffed. We ordered and it took a good 10-12 minutes to get our food. The food was warm but you could tell it had been sitting in the warmer for a LONG time. Upon observation their warmers were basically empty.

me and my boyfriend come here often and for a small town taco bell the service has always been fast with our order being correct and good. they’re also super friendly i definitely recommend:)

This is the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Even the bathrooms were clean. The staff was very nice. Jeffrey took our order and he was excellent. Our food was prepared very quick and it was warm and tasted delicious. Even the sauces were organized nicely. Our dine in experience was 10/10.

I have not ate here for a couple years because they can never get anything right. I seen double decker tacos were back so I went to give them a try. Ordered 2 double decker taco SUPREME. NOT supreme! Ordered there wings and wedges. Wings have been in the warmer for awhile. Very soggy. It’s not hard to be nice to people at the drive up. Asked foursome hot sauce and girls acted like I was putting them out. I now rember why I quit eating here.

Showed up at 1015 pm and the website said its opwn to 11pm. The sign outside on the window said open. Pull upntonthw drive thru and waited a minute then a rude employee that was outside smoking. Tells me they closed. Wont go there every again.
