I had the shrimp and grits, they were ok but really lacked flavor. Good and the portions size was good but the flavor. Just a bit boring. The scallops were very good.
The service was outstanding. She was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful. The views were amazing
All in all a very nice experience and I will be back and I will try something new. Many thanks

Absolute must. Have lived here my whole life and just ate here for the first time and it did not disappoint. Busy as hell but there were 2 seats at the bar where ate dinner as well. Great atmosphere, bartender was on his game. Had the seafood dip which was fantastic and the waygu new York strip which was cooked to perfection. Great place!

This restaurant is overpriced and portion sizes are small. When we arrived I. We were told they were out of several items. I had flounder with black eye peas which I thought was strange. The flounder had some sort of jam on it which was uncalled for. The black eye pies lacked flavor. My husband had a half portion of oysters and shrimp for 36.00 and had 6 shrimp and 6 oysters that were very small. Will not return. Another one hit wonder restaurant!

The food was really lackluster.
This is Georgia shrimp country and if you can’t make a strong shrimp and grits then hard to recommend.
Brussel sprouts were a hot mess. Not edible.
My wife liked her cosmo and I had a nice glass of wine. Maybe go for a drink and a great marsh view.

Our experience today was awesome. Molly took such great care of us.
We enjoyed the She Crab Soup, which had pieces of crab in every spoonful. The Seafood Dip was ok but tasted more like a pimento cheese dip. Our entrees were delicious. I had the Baked Shrimp while my husband had the Fried Whole Flounder. For dessert, we shared the Caramel Brownie with Icecream.

Corrie took great care of us with exceptional service!!! She made our night very special. The food was amazing as always! Even though it was very cold outside, the patio was very comfortable. Marker 107 is one of my favorite local gems!!!

We’ve gone there twice recently for dinner on the way to Florida and really had friendly service they were willing to customize items such as key lime pie, adding whipped cream and deleting the raspberry sauce. We asked for a sharper knife and the server brought it to us immediately. Food was delicious and at both visits we were given excellent service by smiling and happy servers. It’s a great place for dinner.

First I will say its a pretty cool place and would be a amazing if the staffed cared and food wasn’t cheap quality. First interaction was the host. No greeting she just said do you have a reservation or just walked in? We did not have a reservation. She hesitated and almost pushed us away with a wait time but then said she could possibly make a table.. the restaurant wasnt even half full plenty of empty tables even through the evening. We went with my dad who cannot eat over seasoned food and thinking its a seafood restaurant maybe its fresh. We were wrong. The server was quick to say NO to any request. We asked if the fish can be just simply pan seared? No, can the shrimp be boiled or fried without seasoning? NO its pre-made os all she kept saying. Funny her response for the fries are season right out the fryer… hmm so you can skip the seasoning….? NO. I got the dry… wagyu burger… not wagyu. Portions very small compared to price on everything. She kept hanging behind the bar and I had to get up and get condiments and the bill. I do not recommend this place atleast not during the week. Very poor experience.

I would describe our experience here as meh. I had been hearing for a while from many people about how great this place was. We went into this restaurant experience with high expectations.
First, the location is great. It’s very scenic and has a warm inviting appeal. The building is up on stilts with what looks like a party area underside. There’s also a dock as well where you can walk out and enjoy the view of the intercostal. We sat outside on the deck area. It was very comfortable, and clean.
We wanted to start with an appetizer, so we chose the crab cake. For the price that was on the menu, I expected this to be enough for both of us. We got one little crabcake with some lettuce, and that was it. Very underwhelmed, although the crab cake was quite delicious. We felt a bit duped by appetizer. For the main course, I ordered the whole fried flounder, and my wife ordered the scallops. The flounder was excellent, but the sides left something to be desired. This was supposed to come with Jasmine rice, and I don’t know what that rice actually was. The rice was exploded like it had been either way over cooked or was an instant rice, and it definitely didn’t have a jasmine rice flavor to it. The other side was Black Eyed Peas, and those as well seem like they may have been premade or canned, but not fresh. They just did not taste right. My wife scallops also were very good, but the same issues with her sides. She did not eat the rice. We did not order a dessert. My wife had a drink as well that she thought was OK. Overall, for the price we paid, we felt we should’ve been wowed a bit more. The wow factor just wasn’t there. I get that a lot of the attraction is the location so there’s a plus for that. This just doesn’t seem like a place that could be a regular event for us
