Came to check out Rayaki for the first time on a Saturday evening. For appetizers we started with the fried sticky rice cakes and gyoza. The fried sticky rice cakes were my personal favorite out of the two. I really love the texture of the rice cakes and the honey and spicy mayo sauce was delicious. I honestly could have eaten that whole plate by myself. As for the gyoza it was okay. I’m honestly not a huge fan of dumplings. So I would personally skip them and order a different appetizer if I were to return. As for my main entree I went with the Black Garlic Ramen. This ramen has Cha Shu (Marinated Pork), bamboo, kikurage mushrooms, red ginger, fish cake, scallions, black garlic oil, pork soup base, seasoned egg. It wasn’t too bad and it was pretty filling but I think the next time I may try the pork belly over rice. It wasn’t too busy around the time I went which was around 5pm. The food also came out pretty fast so there wasn’t a long wait.

The food was hot, fresh, and fast. I got the pork and scallion and sauced fries. Flavors were on point. Waffle fries were nice and crispy. I would love a bit more pork next time. Spicy Mayo was slammin.

The food was great, the atmosphere breath taking, makes me feel like a kid again. It’s just a great reminder I group up during the best years when tv shows actually made sense. I will definitely be revisiting there’s a few items I’m looking forward to trying.

Delicious huge menu of ramen, skewers, bao, plus more. We arrived as a big group and every starter including something as simple as the Edamame was so good! My friend’s Tonkatsu Ramen and my daughter’s Miso Ramen had them slurping up goodness, while I devoured a medley of grilled skewered delights. While every stick was great, I super recommend their Bacon-Wrapped Quail Eggs. There was so much goodness that we had to take some leftovers home. The service was fin-tastic and the anime and manga murals set a magical fun vibe. Hook, line, and sinker—Rayaki is a reel catch! 😉
NOTES/TIPS:
**BYOB
**Plenty of parking in a shared plaza lot.
**Wheelchair-accessible. Clean restroom.
**Easy ordering with a checklist-style menu.

Tried Rayaki and loved it! I had the pork belly over rice, a side of cube steak, and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. The place has cool decor and the service was great. Definitely coming back!

Great ramen spot with so much more than ramen. They have several types of buns, ramen and teas. You can also add as much or as little “extras” in your ramen for a small fee (as indicated on the menu).
Prices are good too!
I really liked the decor as well!

The shrimp tempura ramen the shrimp are served on the side it was ok but wouldn’t order again the bacon wrapped shrimp was ok but the bacon wasn’t crispy. The chicken soup doesn’t taste like chicken and there is no chicken. In it . The chicken teriyaki wasn’t good dry thin sliced chicken that’s over dressed in sauce. Chicken ramen was just ok but loved the eggs . Chicken skewer was very good , the crawfish dish was ok . The floors were slippery and the table sticky . I would not return everything was just ok to many places in the area for just ok food . The service was good and loved the art on the walls .

restaurant is very clean inside hand sanitizer at every table, menu is easy to order from, food is excellent, ramen is great, boba is also great, but the most surprising part was the fries. its crazy how the loaded waffle fries beats any fast food fry out there. i would come here just for the fries.

First time trying Japanese cuisine and was a nice & satisfactory experience. Rayaki fries with Pork was a whole new experience even though the Pork was just added as a topping like green onions. Ramen dishes were tasty, with good portions of Chicken and Pork. Not very crowded even though there aren’t a lot of tables as compared to usual restaurants. Nice ambience and service.

We love a good bowl of ramen, so we decided to check this place out. Part of the reason was also because I saw anime on the walls, which caught my interest. To our surprise, the food was really good. We first ordered Rayaki Fries, which everyone raved about, and now I know why. They were super flavorful and had just the right amount of crispiness. I’d come back for the fries alone. We also had Chicken Skewers, and they were just as good as any good skewers should be. Now, for our main dish, Ramen. We ordered Spicy Miso Ramen. The soup was flavorful and definitely had a kick to it, which I liked. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of in the Ramen was the pork. It wasn’t as tender as I’ve had at other places. Other than that, it was pretty good. All in all, it’s a good place to get ramen, and if you decide to check out this place, do not sleep on their fries. They are worth every single penny!
