Decent fast food type place. Not somewhere to go out of the way for though. Staff was friendly but at the same time goofing off and being inappropriate. Shrimp tacos were very good but the burritos weren’t that great in our opinion.

At this location on Bluebonnet, I like the burrito bowls and their queso and chips. Just great, simple comfort food. Not much for dining in experience but great to pick up and take to the house. Give them a try if you’re in the area.

Omg Izzos is always amazing! The food is fresh and so much flavor! The staff was friendly and made sure we didn’t need any additional items as well as continuously making sure we were ok with items that were an upcharge!

I got the seasoned chicken bowl and it is so good. The chicken thigh meat was perfectly seasoned. Cilantro ranch dressing was awesome. Don’t waste your time at Chipotle on the other side of highway 30, come here!

The steak on my quesadilla is too tough to chew. A waste of money, could have just eaten a grilled cheese sandwich.
After speaking to the manager and his kindness and willing to make things right, I will try again. So I am changing my 1 star to 3 for now.
My rating started with a 1 then after speaking to the manager I changed it to a 3 but after I was lied to my 3 Star is a NO STAR Rating! “0” not the 1 that I had to choose.
I returned a few week later to get my meal replacement. A phone call was “supposedly” made and I was told by an employee that the General Manager said I should have come back the same day to have my meal replaced. Mind you, I advised the manger on the day of my complaint that I will not be coming in that day & will get it for lunch on another occasion. I retrieved my phone from my car and showed employee my review (proof of purchase) & then he asked if I wanted him to call the manager again. I replied “No, I just want you to know I was not trying to get FREE food” Never going back…

The workers here have apparently just given up. They were so rude and inconvenienced that I came to get food. My “tacos” were just flat tortillas laid in a bowl with everything thrown on top. Absolutely disgusting. Used to be a really good place

This location had multiple advertisements of margarita specials. The manager on duty would not honor the pricing of the special. He then proceeded to rip out the flyers from around the store instead. I have never experienced this before in ANY establishment.

I just got the burrito Bowl for take out. The young lady that is working there tonight is very stingy. I ask for rice she gave me small scoop that didn’t cover both sides, she gave me one small scoop of chicken, yet another small scoop of beans, she gave me small scoop of lettuce. I had to ask three times for more of some things and my bowl was barely full. I started to leave the bowl there and go else where but I was really hungry and the bowl was already made. This was my second time going to this place. My first time I had no problems and I was even able to share my bowl with my mom. People work hard and nobody likes to feel cheated specially when it wasn’t $10-$15 worth of food. I will continue going to Cava after work instead.

Food was great. Workers and managers how ever seem like they have never worked in customer service. My friend dropped her plate and nothing was done about it. She cleaned it up herself, mind you she is pregnant, and then went to reorder it. They were going to make her pay full price for it. Then the manger came over she asked if she had to pay full price and he said no and charged her half. Absolutely terrible service.
