I’m honestly hurt, frustrated, and disappointed at how bad this McDonald’s has gotten. Every time I come, it gets worse. The service is terrible, the workers act like they don’t care at all, and it feels like nobody takes pride in their job anymore. My food wasn’t even finished, and not one manager tried to help me or offer a refund. I’ve even been told they ran the good workers off—at this point, I truly believe it.The night shift is a disaster.
They cuss loudly, play around, and treat the place like a hangout spot. I asked one guy for my cup and he told me he was on break. I asked the girl with glasses and she ignored me. The manager was there but stayed on her phone the entire time like customers didn’t matter.The restaurant is filthy.
Trash everywhere—apple pie boxes, cookie crumbs, Big Mac boxes, pickles, cheese all over the floor. The cook area was disgusting. Food is always wrong, half-cooked, and unsafe. I was served meat that was pink inside. When I asked for a refund, the manager literally walked away from me.

A man who told me he quit was still behind the counter taking orders and touching screens. That’s unsafe and unacceptable. Workers don’t wear proper uniforms, random people walk in the back, and there’s zero supervision.Unfair behavior and unprofessional treatment.
Some workers take two-hour breaks and brag that managers will “fix their time.” People get free food if they “know somebody.” The manager (name starts with C) was handing out meals without charging. Meanwhile paying customers like me get half-cooked food and missing items.One worker with glasses constantly messes up orders and yells at customers. The manager beside her said, “That ain’t got nothing to do with me.” How does a manager say that?My grandpa’s quarter pounder took 30 minutes, fries were cold, and we didn’t even get a drink cup. My kids’ meals had no sauce, no milk, no apple juice. The manager walked off from me AGAIN while typing on her phone.Teenagers walk in the back and grab food for free. Workers play loud music, cuss, and ignore customers. This place is out of control.The ONLY good thing is the morning shift.They’re respectful, fast, clean, and actually care about customers.But night shift? Filthy, disorganized, rude, and completely unprofessional.This location needs SERIOUS management, supervision, and change.It’s embarrassing, unsafe, unsanitary, and completely out of control. I’m posting this because people need to know what’s really going on. This is my real experience, and it’s been happening for too long.
