We all know our favorite Americanized fast food Asian restaurant, Panda Express. From their glazing honey walnut shrimp to their glossy orange chicken my mouth waters with the thought of this savory cuisine.
Now with this being said the Panda Express on Stony point road has disappointed me. They gave very little portions of food. There was one worker that was very polite and sweet, but the rest of your workers were very rude and acted immature towards other employees as well as some customers. I do give them credit though because I had left something and they saved it rather than doing something they shouldn’t have.
I can compliment the atmosphere. It was clean and I liked their community board.
This Panda Express is located in a plaza area amongst other restaurants and businesses. It is right next to chevron gas station. The parking lot can get busy. They do have a few parking spots in front of the restaurant. One for the handicapped folks as well.
Overall, to the beautiful community of Sonoma county and visitors abroad I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a pleasurable experience. I still love Panda Express just not this one!

Avoid this place it is a total rip off the A.I. taking my order tried to rob me it tried to charge me almost $20.00 for my order that I usually pay $14 or so. That is total bs they tried to over charge me while A.I. aka no actual person was taking my order. They want to charge us more and they are using A.I. avoid this place unless u like get ripped off. I left without paying and didn’t get food because I wasn’t getting ripped off. Instead I went to teriyaki chicken bowl across the highway way better food at way better prices.

I just moved from Novato to Santa Rosa and I stop by got my favorite food I and had the bad experience at Panda Express the customer service is really horrible also those employees are not professional at all They talk bad things about you behind your back, they don’t care that you’re in the restaurant but now I understand why this restaurant have bad reviews I prefer to drive 30 minutes to the Novato restaurant to order at this restaurant anymore

Drive thru. Order a plate meal only got chow main and and rice. With very little 2 main dishes. Somebody forgot to give the main dishes. Been going here for over a year. I will start looking now at my food before driving away. And causing back ups.

This place is the worst their customer service sucks! We arrive here 10 mins before closing and they refuse to serve us. Don’t put your closing time up if you aren’t going to honor it. The over weight lady told us no weee not serving anymore we asked why and she said “because we are closed!” There was 10 mins left!!! How about closing when you say you are closing and clean up after your hours of operation are done. Worst experience ever!! Management needs to focus on better training because this is completely unacceptable! Learn how to treat your customers!!!
