The new management (Isela)has made a huge difference here. Service is much faster, employees are friendly, and the whole atmosphere feels inviting. It’s clear they care about both the food and the customers. This location has definitely stepped up, and I’ll be coming back regularly. Highly recommend!
Its the same girl in the drive through and same four woman working there. This last time I went. I ask my daughter to take me there. Once we order, my daughter said let me unlock my card. The girl in the drive through told us to back up. No one was behind us. My daughter asked her why, and she repeatedly said back up out the driveway. So one of the lady came waving her in motion backwards for us to move. And also saying something. And the drive through girl start laughing. I want go there again. But it not what said but the attitude. 90% of attitude of how we process things with others is your outcome in this life.
Receipt shows it should have been 2 breasts and a wing but they gave me 2 wings and a breast and all were spicy. Tried calling the number on the receipt and the number on Google and both numbers just ring until a “mailbox full” message comes on. So they can mess up your order and don’t answer the phone. So ripped off of $13 and didn’t even get food I could eat. HORRIBLE.
The drive thru lady did not appear to speak english well enough to take simple orders. To spite us trying multiple times. She repeated asked “Is that all.” While we were attempting to order. My husband ordered a “leg and thigh, NO SIDES” she responded “What do you want for a side?” “No sides!” “IS THAT ALL?” i responded “We are ordering for 3.” My son in the back decided that he wanted the same thing. My husband told her “Another leg and side, no sides.” “Is that all?” she says again. “No I still need to order, I respond.” As I cringe because i hate being asked that when I am in the middle of ordering and we didn’t even get a quick pause.
I asked “What wing meal do you have for regular fried wings?” (Thinking we can split a fry.” She starts naming off the flavored ones. “I don’t want those small wings, I want regular fried chicken. Just the wings.” She asks if I want another type of wings that is listed.” I try a 3rd time. She still can’t figure out what i want. So I tell her. “Forget it, just give the guys their food!. I won’t eat.” Joe drives forward to the window. A lady pops her head out and says “You can’t order her, you have to go there.” Indicating the board we just came from.
I informed her that we had just ordered. She tells me “Oh she thought that you canceled the order.” “No.we didn’t cancel the order. I just gave up on getting mine. I clearly said to “give the guys their food.”
She tells me “We can’t hear you well through the speaker it just sounds like shhhhhhhhuuugggggg” “You can’t hear us order there, but you won’t tske our order here? Are you going to get the guys their order.” She looks at me like I am the crazy one. Shrugs her shoulders. Clearly a “No!” I tell Joe to forget it. There is a Hartz down the road. And off we go.
