So this used to be one of my family’s favorite bagel places, however they have gone so downhill in recent months. We went a few months ago and had horrible egg sandwiches, but thought maybe it was just a fluke because they’re usually good. After today’s experience, I can say that it was not a fluke and we will never be going back there. 33$ for absolute GARBAGE. We asked for 2 egg sandwiches with 3 eggs. There was MAYBE 1 egg on each. I asked for extra crispy bacon and it was so undercooked and rubbery I ended up taking all of it off. And the hash browns were literally NOT EDIBLE. They were definitely from days ago and sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time because they were like mini bricks. Not to mention tasted like straight fry oil. My kids spit them out and were gagging. I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog.
I am so disgusted and disappointed because this place used to be so good.

Fantastic bagel. Super friendly and warm staff. And the portions are hefty and filling. 10/10

A good bagel spot! I prefer softer bagels, and this is the best one I’ve tried in the area. The flavor of the bagel was good & their chicken salad was great. Their cream cheese & butter were a little flavorless and the service was okay, but those are my only negatives. Will definitely be back!

My boyfriend went here once to try the place and said the place is good. I’m usually picky on my food but decided to try this place out, went to order the other day and it says they’re open till 2pm but when we called they told us the grill closed at 1pm.. whatever I guess. Today we ordered food and I ordered a breakfast sandwich with 2 scrambled eggs, the lady who took the order read the order back correct, I get the sandwich and take a bite only to realize there are no eggs.. how do you forget like the MAIN ingredient of EGGS ON A BREAKFAST SANDWICH. I get that my order was weird because I put pickles on my sandwich but that shouldn’t make someone forget a whole ingredient. The thing that pissed me off the most is the fact that my boyfriend ordered a hungry man and they didn’t forget his eggs even tho the order was placed at the same time and made at the same time like.. I just don’t understand. On top of all that the orange juice we got wasn’t even cold either. I’m so disappointed in my first experience of this place and likely won’t be going back.

I was in the neighborhood and decided to grab some breakfast here. There was a line going out the door but it moved fairly quickly and we were able to order in less than 10 minutes. I got a bagel with lox and cream cheese — and it was fantastic considering it was $10! And it came with a coffee and chips. The quality of the bagels was good and they didn’t cheap out on the lox or cream cheese. And even though they were very busy, the staff was kind and friendly. They took our orders with a smile and had a gentle and positive attitude. A good morning became a great one because of the good bagels and nice staff. I will be visiting again when I’m in the neighborhood.

Bagel Hut is a solid spot for a quick, delicious bagel, but my recent experience left me questioning some of their practices. The bagels themselves are usually fresh, with a nice chewy texture and a good variety of flavors. Whether you’re going for a classic like everything or opting for something sweeter like cinnamon raisin, they typically hit the mark. The spreads and toppings are also decent, and I’d normally have no complaints about the quality of the food.
However, during my last visit, something bizarre happened that really threw me off. The guy behind the counter, who is a pretty big guy, inexplicably decided to **smush my bagel with his hands** right before handing it to me. I have no idea why this was necessary—it wasn’t a busy day, and the bagel was perfectly fine until he pressed down on it. It left me with a flattened, somewhat disappointing sandwich. I’m not sure if this was a one-off, but it definitely affected my enjoyment of the meal.
Another thing that could use improvement is their payment process. If you use a credit or debit card, they make it annoyingly difficult by hesitating over the fee or acting like it’s a big deal. Just **charge the fee and move on**; I’m fine with the extra cost, but the hassle around it feels unnecessary and leaves a bad taste. Overall, Bagel Hut has good food, but they could definitely step up their service and stop making simple transactions more complicated than they need to be.

Was ok. Coffee was good. All American wrap was a 4. I had Frisco on everything bagel was 3.5 not enough dressing. Bagel with cream cheese was ok, didn’t toast the bagel service was fast but a little snippy. Plenty of parking around the place would try a different place next time. Wasn’t bad but didn’t think it deserved 4.5.

Great food. Always busy. I call ahead because I know on weekends they are packed. Even then it takes me a while to get my food because their staff is serving other people.

My SOs mom always comes here and gets us lox and whitefish or a bacon egg and cheese. I like the rainbow bagels!
The service was ok. It was a little inconsistent since one person in our group was offered macaroni salad but no one else was? But overall it was good.
