There was no line
I left without ordering anything
I called to speak with the manager to share my experience. The manager refused to give me her name until I put some pressure on and I don’t know if she was being honest about it. Emily???

It barely even gets one star. Waited here for 25 minutes, only to have the electricity on the block to go out and then they couldn’t even figure out a way to refund me, luckily it came back on. Only to wait another 10 minutes to get my food.

So I normally am indifferent about this taco bell because it’s the closest one to my house and I love taco bell so I choose to ignore then they make mistakes, but this time I can’t fathom what they were thinking. They placed my pizza at the very bottom and completely destroyed it with the weight of the rest of the food. This is by far the worst even tho I usually have to go back cause they forget an item but again I don’t mind because I love taco bell and it’s the only one in Fallbrook. Please next time do not put it in the bottom or place it in a different bag.

We literally waited in lobby for 30 minutes for 6 tacos and 3 bean and cheese burritos on Saturday night. 7 people “working” but truly 2 of them were actually doing the work. The drive through food preparer was running rings around the inside person to the tune of probably 5 to one on orders. It was disgraceful to see the complete lack of Fs given by the other people there. The place was busy but not unusually so. My guess is no manager on duty and if there was well guess that tells everything then. Bad staff is usually due to bad manger or likely none. Shame cos this taco bell could be a great place.

This location has made a lot of improvement over the past year. A few months ago it didn’t matter what time of day or how big or small my order was it was always wrong. It should matter more whether customers are getting the right order than how fast they get through the drive-threw. But here lately they’ve been able to get everything right and have fast and positive service

Dont waste your money ordering extra meat at this Taco Bell. I asked for extra steak in a bowl and it was like they hardly did 1 scoop, other then that the food was good just dont waste your money on that.

It took 23 minutes for the order I placed with their app to be ready. They knew I was standing their waiting for my order and pushed drive thru after drive thru customer ahead of me. The guy at the counter was apologetic, but the manager was beyond rude and dismissive.

i pulled up on 12/05/21 at around 7:30pm and doors were locked, mind you, there is a huge sign saying, DINE IN NOW OPEN, then i go by drive thru and i get the biggest attitude yelling, I CANT HELP YOU FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES, now i understand the frustration of the understaffed team of workers (1 that night) but this is aimed towards management, why open? why overwork your employee like that? just close it down till you have a full team to help customers they way they deserve, everyone deserves respect, don’t disrespect your employees or your customers like that

Why is it that anytime I go here the order is incorrect? I had to go back and get what was left out. Even when I went back and stood at the counter waiting for someone to help, no one did. I had to call for an employee. This is the last time I go here.

I usually only leave reviews when the staff was exceptional. Went through the drive-thru a few nights ago and Tristan was just awesome and gave off great energy and made it an experience to order. Most jobs like these are stressful and time to time people don’t seem very passionate at their jobs, Tristan displayed the total opposite and I loved it
