I love this Starbucks! I have visited this Starbucks twice a day since it was in the other building acrosss the Street! ( dont judge me I work alot! LOL) One of my favorite people is John he really makes my day when I hear the upbeat “GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY! WELCOME TO STARBUCKS WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU TODAY?” If I am having a hard morning John always makes it better he is kind and really fun! His sense of humor always makes me laugh and our quick jokes about football are awesome ( Our teams are rivals) I hope John knows that just him being so upbeat and fun while doing his job really does make my day better !

Ho hum. Ordered 2 mochas but only got one so has to reorder the second one . Since when does any Starbucks employee not know what Tepid is??? You started in with Venti & Grande size drinks. My server has no clue what I was talking about when I asked for my drink to be Tepid so I explained that it’s about 130 degrees. Uff da! ♀️

3 years ago I wrote a raving review about this place. Unfortunately things have gone downhill badly. I was here a couple weeks ago and ordered a 16oz iced vanilla latte I asked if there was a 20oz and was told oh you want a large. When I got to the window the worker was a short boy with long curly black hair. I made a joke about him saying large I thought it was taboo for Starbucks. At which point he corrected me for saying large. That’s when things got weird.
I asked him what he had charged me for and he said a venti. I told him I only wanted a small coffee as it’s for a 16 year old and this was 5 pm. At which point he smirks and says I’ll have to get a refund then. I told him that was fine. Then the shift manager came and started counting out the change she got frustrated literally THREW THE CHANGE at me and was like here that’s all the difference would have been anyway. When I asked for a receipt they closed the window in my face. I didn’t do a review because i never experienced anything like this before here and thought it was one off.
This morning (a week later) I came in the morning to get breakfast and lunch before work. When I got to the window I asked if the manager was working. The worker a taller woman with black hair told me (very rudely) he’s in the back doing something. I asked if he was available she said he has work to do you can talk to a shift leader. I asked again just to be clear he’s not available correct? She rudely gave me my food and was like no. She then closed the window before I could even say anything. My lunch wasn’t even edible but that’s besides the fact of how horrible my visits have been here lately.

My brother and I were driving from Portland to Seattle to see a Friday-night Mariners game. The traffic on I-5 was worse than we expected, and we were hungry and in need of a quick lunch. This Starbucks is very convenient to I-5, and we got lattes and sandwiches, and then were on our way.

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! I went in to do some work but ended up accidentally falling asleep at my table. A staff member named Emily noticed and brought me a latte, saying she saw how tired I was and wanted to give it to me as a gift. I was so touched by her kind gesture!
