What a drive (avoid tolls), We went with a group of friends and they were able to arrange seating for almost a dozen who were arriving at different times. The Capri sun spiked drinks were fun. I think we had about a dozen of a dozen oysters, their sampler, their boil, more fries and noodles. Staff was patient and kind to first timers, good place.

Just had an amazing experience at Captain Loui! The restaurant was spotless, and the service from Anna, Sima & Katie made the night even better — friendly, attentive, and full of great energy. We had snow crab, head-on shrimp, mussels, clams, sausage, rice, and garlic noodles. The hot Captain Loui sauce stole the show — bold, spicy, garlicky perfection. One of the best seafood boils I’ve had in ages!

Although I didn’t dine in, when I walked in, I definitely would enjoy the space. Very clean and relaxing. So now let’s get to the food. I ordered the Fish and Chips( Cajun seasoning), a side of garlic noodles, and a side of steamed Broccoli.
I drove about 10 minutes away and the fish was still popping hot!. I did taste a fry once in the car and they are legit( however they don’t travel well) I am still going to eat every one.The fish was crunchy and flavorful on the outside without outdoing the delicate fish. I had to stop mid-meal to write this review. Everything is great and freshly made. I can taste it in the batter, and the fish is flaky and juicy. The sauces are great too and taste house made. I tried the tarter and remoulade, both really great! I will be back to try the other items on the menu. Great customer service over the phone and when I picked up my order. Thank you for such a great dinner!

We had lunch here for the first time and it was amazing the crawfish was on point! The crab legs was very good! The sauce was some of the best and I tried the hot it was perfect.
And the waitress Zoe was even better the service she provided made the food better! She was very attentive and very kind.
I hope to have that experience again upon our return…

First time visit, and absolutely amazed. I had snow crab legs and shrimp. It was all cooked to perfection and very easy to peel. The Cap’t Loui sauce was outstanding! Full of flavor and not too spicy. Service was outstanding also. Manager met us as we exited to ensure we were satisfied. We will go nowhere else for a seafood dinner.

1st time visiting was today. Some of the seafood was overcooked. The sauce had a robust delicious taste at first but then an overwhelming sweet taste followed. Too sweet! While it was nice to have the unique taste, after a pound of shrimp and crab it was too much. The garlic noodles were wonderful, and all the food was hot! I will give this place one more try in the future hopefully I can order a sauce that is not sweet and my experience will be improved.

I recently checked out this new seafood spot, and overall, it was a great experience. They had a snow crab special, which is what drew me in, and I’m glad I gave it a try!
Food:
The seafood was pretty fresh. I ordered the snow crab broil and some raw oysters. The crab was cooked nicely, and the Cajun sauce (I got mild) had just the right amount of kick without being too spicy. If you like spicy then this place would be good for you l. It was flavorful and paired great with the crab. The oysters were cold and fresh. I also got a cocktail, and it came in this fun light-up bag – it’s a nice little touch!
Service:
The service was amazing, easily 10/10. Our server checked in on us multiple times, and even the owner came by to say hi. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming.
Environment:
The place was spotless, and I really liked the handwashing station they had in the corner, especially after a messy seafood broil. The vibe was casual but still modern and clean.
Overall:
If you’re a fan of seafood, this place is definitely worth a visit. Great food, awesome service, and a fun atmosphere – I’ll definitely be back!

I was visiting friends in Dallas and had to try Capt Louis as I love seafood boils. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection and the seasoning all so delicious. We tried the seafood boil, fisherman’s platter, fried chicken wings and the funnel cake fries…craving it all even now. In addition to the food, the service was impeccable and environment so comfortable even to accommodate larger parties like mine.
