Stopped here on the way home from the Owyhees coming back to Boise. The food was great, the truck looked clean, and the service was excellent. Can’t wait to stop back in on our next adventure.

We rolled into Parma at 9:00 pm hungry and tired after an all day drive and lucked out discovering this roadside truck restaurant still open. The service was terrific, the meal delicious and the portion of asada ginormous! Only negative thing to say was that pricing for meals was not listed on the board menu. However, at ~$28 total for our two meals, this was a good value given the quality and quantity of food.

I’m not usually one to write Google reviews, but I couldn’t help myself—this place is amazing! I haven’t had authentic Mexican food since moving to Idaho. I’ve tried a lot of places, but nothing compares to this!
We had three different tacos along with rice and beans—everything was delicious. The green sauce had the perfect amount of heat to complement the flavors.
We’ll definitely be road-tripping back soon!

We had a child visiting Parma for a wrestling tournament. After a long morning of physical exercise, he was starving. We stopped for a quick lunch and we were impressed! The food was fantastic. We all especially liked the green sauce. The asada tacos were delicious.

Food was delicious. Nowhere to really eat though. They have a little covered area but it’s very hot in there even with a portable air conditioner.
