Just had a delivery order delivered. One pan pizza with pepperoni, ham & bacon, One stuffed crust pizza 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese & 2 orders of garlic cheese sticks. Our stuffed crust pizza is missing. Our driver, “Ricardo” isn’t answering phone or text & the Pizza Hut is also not answering! Husband is currently driving there! NOT IMPRESSED PIZZA HUT, GOSHEN!!!

The other day we ordered pizza and it was amazing! They were extremely busy and the pizza was still amazing made perfectly. It was so good we ordered again today and our pizzas were burnt dry barely any sauce or cheese. The lady on the cash register got snippy with me and told me she made them and her hands are tied nothing she can do and hung up. Extremely rude. Ever disappointed this time.

Waiting ten minutes in a lobby without being greeting is ridiculous. Play your music in the kitchen, that’s fine, but turn it down so you can hear customers. Unreal.

Worst online/phone order experience I’ve ever had.
I received an online offer for $7 one topping pizza. I placed the order selecting 2 – $7 pepperoni = $14 … I elected to add extra cheese on at +$2 per pizza and was charged $18 plus delivery plus tip.
What arrived was 2 pizza’s with extra cheese and ZERO pepperoni.
I called the store and explained that I believed the app (not then or they) mistakenly recorded my order wrong. I was told by the male store representative that was working at 5:00pm on 3/23 that because I ordered through the app he could nothing to help correct/resolve my order. When I asked him how he would have received the answer he gave me he went into a completely disrespectful tone and said “I would have made sure it was right”. It devolved into a waste of time having any further discussion and disconnecting me.
Recap – I got 2 plain cheese pizzas no pepperoni topping that paid an extra $2 for extra cheese… $25.67
I’ll choose somewhere else to shop!

Crust tasted old and chewy, no crunch to any of it. Minimal sauce on extra sauce pizza, we don’t intend to order there again. None of three pizzas were enjoyed.
