Me and my fiancé used to love going to Bruegger‘s because of how much cream cheese they used to put on the bagels. It’s really disappointing to see a company raise its prices but lower the quality and quantity of the product that they’re giving you. Unless big changes happen probably won’t be going back to a Bruegger‘s in the future. P.S. We got 3 bagels and the other two had just and much on even less cream cheese. For $4 each bagel it’s not worth it anymore.

I ordered doordash this AM, all I can taste is burnt seasonings in my mouth. I’ve never had a twice baked hashbrown show up in the shape of a flat pancake. Overall a complete waste of money. I’m not one who enjoys to complain, but it was a waste of money… I’ve had really good service here coming in at 6:30 in the morning and bringing bagels to the hospital I used to work at. I guess next time I go, I will make sure to not order it and go in person. I will still continue to support them, but hope I get better quality food next time.

I ordered 6 dozen bagels for a work event and realized I had placed the order at the incorrect time. I called the morning of to request an earlier pick up time and had the pleasure of chatting with a guy who was more than accommodating and had the bagels ready for two hours before the originally scheduled pick up time. Not only was he extremely friendly, he also carried them out to my car for me. Such great service and I’m so appreciative!

I had a really uncomfortable experience in the drive thru. I ordered one bagel and a small coffee and was prompted to leave a $4 tip, which felt extremely inappropriate for such a small order. After selecting zero tip, the employee’s attitude noticeably changed and she was rude for the remainder of the interaction. I also realized afterward that I never received my rewards points in the app, which felt questionable given the timing. Asking for tips at that level in a drive thru feels more like panhandling than customer service. I don’t mind tipping when it makes sense, but this experience left a bad impression and made the visit awkward and frustrating.

I haven’t been here in at least a year. I always really enjoyed it. Today I waited 20 minutes for two bagels with cream cheese, and they did not put enough cream cheese on either. How are you gonna run a bagel shop and give people half a schmear? Both of my bagels were poorly covered and they only put half the normal amount of cream cheese. They weren’t busy, they had 5 people on, and it took them 20 minutes to get me this? Look. I still tipped them. I RARELY ever post negative reviews, but this was so disappointing.

The manager treats his employees like absolute trash. I have never heard a manager speak to people in such a disgusting way. The bagels “kept breaking” what ever that means and he said “if these keep breaking these are going to come out of your cash tips”. The employees I dealt with were exceptional. That manager needs to get put in his place immediately. He was screaming, it was hard to enjoy my breakfast with him rudely talking to his employees. It was very disturbing.

Every time i come here i seem to have an issue. The first time i ordered a $10 sandwich and there was black hair in it (i have light hair) once i was at work and decided to eat my breakfast. i did not have time to go back and get it remade. They were nice to give me a gift card to pick up. I decided to take a break from coming here. Then i come here a month after that incident and I receive a bagel that is not toasted after I confirmed with the employee it’s supposed to be toasted. Along with the twice baked has brown that is FROZEN in the middle. If they are pulling from the freezer it probably needs to be cooked twice. Coming from someone who works in food service i always find my self disappointed when coming here. I try to cut them some slack but it’s every time i’m here. Especially when i went back to get the cold bagel remade they cheaped me out on my cream cheese. I am absolutely done.

Ordered doordash from this location. I ordered a honey Sriracha bagel. They forgot the Honey Sriracha. I called store and called doordash. The manager was very kind and offered a coupon or said I could do re-delivery with door dash. I ended up doing a re-delivery. The second bagel came with almost no cream cheese. I’m not one to usually complain, but when paying almost 10$ for a bagel… it’s extremely frustrating to not have it made with all of the ingredients (there are only 4 ingredients)

This place is probably the only bagel sandwich place in the area. They’ve been around for a while but almost every time we order from here, there’s something wrong with our order. Either it’s not made correctly or we get overcharged. Today we went in the store to order to see if this would be better and it was just a mess. We placed our order at the front and were told we could make our customizations with the person making the bagels. That person didn’t seem to be aware of this and while making the sandwich she ended up having to toss it and restart. I can’t blame her because the order should have been put in with the customizations so she knew exactly what to make. They need a better flow and structure and I think things could be better. Judging from the other reviews, they seem to lose a lot of business over the same things I’ve mentioned.

Western brisket is great, although the last time I got it was cold. Twice baked hash brown was more like once baked with hard potatoes. Fast service, breakfast brisket is so messy I couldn’t even finish it. Overall 3 1/2-4 rating.
