Pros : #1 Dekotah made our visit very pleasant, he has the demeanor & personality of someone who loves his job & people! He checked on us frequently & served w/a smile! #2 The spicy honey wings were the best flavored wings I’ve ever had! It was the perfect blend of spice & sweet, not overbearing. #3 The flavor of our seafood boils were delicious. Cons: They were understaffed & service moved slow at first with getting seated, getting menus, & getting a server, but once Dekotah came, he was excellent. They haven’t timed the seafood boils perfectly yet . When the crab legs are boiled at the perfect temperature & not over boiled, they are supposed to slide right out the shell, but theirs didn’t. They didn’t have enough staff to help waiters to bring the food out because I could tell our entrees had been sitting a while before being brought to the table. It wasn’t piping hot like I like, but warm. We did send our sweet potatoes back to be made fresh, hot, & not too crispy. The portion of the food, the flavor , & great svc. from Dekotah is enough to come back.

I’m had the T1 special, with broccoli instead of sausages..they only gave me a few pieces of broccoli, no potatoes, and no corn…they made the broccoli, corn, and potatoes to go…I am at home, ready to dig in and the broccoli looks like soup, the corn is hard, and the sauce is no where near spicy (supposed to be twisted hot) and it’s watery!!! Very disappointing!! This was my favorite one in the 757 since they opened but the last 2-3 times I’ve eaten here, it wasn’t good!! I would like it if somebody can make it “right” or give me a refund!! We were here for a birthday dinner and everybody had issues about something, but they didn’t want to complain…neither do I but I can’t enjoy my boil so I have no choice but to do a review…I normally speak to a manager, however, the last couple of times I did that but the results are the same…the sauce just taste like a bunch of butter with no seasoning!!! They need to really reevaluate the cooks, ASAP!!!!

The customer service was nice and the food was good. Tip: If you like Old Bay seasoning on your crab legs, just don’t get it with butter. The butter drowned out most of the Old Bay seasoning. We shared the snow crab legs, shrimp, and lobster tail, which came with 2 potatoes and 2 corn cobs. I wished they served red potatoes because they’re healthier and not as hard, but the brown potato was cool. The atmosphere gave the ocean, and it was clean. I’d go back .

I’m from California and this was my 1st time here. The service was great and the establishment very clean. Brooke was so attentive taking care of our needs. She also was able to suggest a drink for us which was really good. Brooke made my 1st experience here great being I just got off my flight and was super hungry. During our recent visit to Twisted Crab at Victory Crossing, my guest and I were seated and waited over 15 minutes without being greeted. We decided to leave, but before doing so, I requested to speak with the manager — and that’s when the entire experience turned around.
Brittany Lewis was exceptional. She was gracious, sincere, thoughtful, and genuinely apologetic. She personally seated us again, took our order herself, and ensured we enjoyed our meal. Her professionalism, kindness, and leadership not only restored our dining experience but preserved the wonderful reputation of Twisted Crab at Victory Crossing.

Seating – We were seated by the front door. Every time the door opened the cold January wind hit us. We eventually asked to be moved. We were met with some hesitation as the hostess explained she had to clean a table before we could move and our food was on the way out.
Our server was very pleasant and accommodating.
The food was great. One order our extra eggs were missed. Everything else we ordered was fine.

Laura was not our server but she was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more! Bri made my first drink it is was sooooo good. Maurice made the second one and it was also great. The food was fresh and hot(better than any other twisted crab!) run don’t walk to this location !!
