Stopped here tonight for a quick meal and was very surprised at the quality, freshness and cleanliness of this small bistro. It’s atmosphere is very genuine and welcoming, and the decor is simple yet authentic giving an authentic feel. Upon being seated we were given samples of a soup flight, and provided with warm towels. The soup flight was incredible. We ordered the potstickers and the crab puffs, and unlike a crab rangoon, the crab puff was stuffed full of fresh crab and not.over powered by a cream cheese filing. The potstickers were made fresh to order, and the quality of ingredients certainly showed. My guest ordered the pad ti, while I ordered the charred soy noodles. Incredible. Both portions were hefty, and fresh cut veggies and sauces showed that the presentation and quality were at the top of the chefs list. The only downfall was that after our entrees were delivered, we did not receive refills on our sodas or waters, and had to wait for a while for our check to be brought to the table. I highly recommend.

Love love this Thai restaurant. I have been here now about five times and when we have a chance to review it amazing customer service they work real hard for you. I like to go early so I can get food super fresh. The dishes are amazing and tasty. I am a very picky eater and even I ate everything that they brought me. Price Is fair. Give this Thai bistro a visit and believe me you will not be disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The food here was delicious! I really enjoyed my meal. The vibe was nice, and you can see into the kitchen, which was incredibly clean. I really enjoyed the food here and would have loved to give 5 stars, but the service was not very good. After placing our orders, it took over an hour to get our food out. Had we known it would take so long, we would have gotten an appetizer or something to hold us over. Got a level 7 spice (out of 10) and it was not overly spicy. I like spicy food, so if I were to go back, I would get an 8 or 9.

I came here for the first time with a group of work friends. The food, drinks, and environment was absolutely perfect! I made reservations a few days in advance, they let us bring in a cake, and the staff were absolutely amazing.

My wife and I (local residents) have visited Thai Ginger Bistro a number of times in the past and have always enjoyed the dining experience. It was lunchtime, so we brought friends from out of state to enjoy some Thai cuisine (visited August 2023). Both my wife and my friend’s wife (both Thai and excellent Thai cooks) said their expectations were met. We each had different menu items. Even though the wait staff was a bit challenged with the almost full house, the wait time was not too bad. Paiboon and Penny always do a great job of giving a great cultural food experience. Our friends loved both the food and the dining experience and said it is one they will remember for a long time.

Went out for Valentine’s day here. Had never heard of it and didnt know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Great looking place, amazing food, and either the owner or front end manager was doing an outstanding job. There was only one down side and that was the rest of the service. I had one error on my order which was corrected and I never mentioned to the manager when asked. Then there was some confusion on how I wanted to use the gift card we had. Again no big deal right? But the hostess or waitress that we talked to became very rude. When she returned with the gift card it was thrown on the table rudely without a word. My only thought was maybe they were upset that I only tipped 17% instead of the 50% they apparently thought I was tipping? Basically the whole deal was I wanted to tip cash and get my gift card back so I could go back and have more amazing food. But now here I am stuck with a gift card for a place Im never going back to. Shame.

My family and I really enjoyed this restaurant. While the outside might be plain, do not let that fool you, this place is a hidden gem, perfect for birthday meals or any other special occasion. The service was very friendly, the menu is extensive and detailed, and the food is divine and authentic. I decided to try the lychee duck curry, which was cooked to perfection with complex flavors, every bite being just as good as the last. I tried the spice level 3, and that was perfect as someone who has a moderate-low spice tolerance.

The atmosphere here and the customer service are off the charts. Such a pretty and clean interior with a view of the kitchen. And the waters and soup samples were amazing. But our main dishes in all honesty were very sub standard. I hate to say that. But we were there at supper hour, so all would be expected to be fresh, yet our rice for example was like mashed potatoes. The eggs in my fried rice were over cooked. And at the prices they are getting here that should have never happened. We did get our meals to go, so did not have a chance to send them back.
